Maer Cliff
Visitors can follow the South West Coast Path over Maer Cliff and examine the rock formations as they go. Alternating shales, mudstones and siltstone with beds of sandstone can be seen with the traces of ancient sand and volcanoes.
Lapwings, golden plovers and snipes can be seen in the area along with a variety of wildflowers, attracting bird watchers and nature lovers alike.
