Plaidy Beach
Plaidy Beach is a small sand and shingle beach just around the corner from Looe. Access is on foot over the hill from Looe as there is no parking.
The beach is backed by residential homes and there is very little in the way of amenities, making it a peaceful spot away from crowds. There is no lifeguard cover here but as a south easterly facing beach, it’s sheltered from the swell making it relatively safe for swimming and snorkelling. Dogs are welcome all year.
