Porthminster Beach

Having been awarded a Blue Flag, this sheltered and secluded beach is a fantastic destination for families, with beautiful views out to Godrevy Lighthouse.

Located in St. Ives, Porthminster breach is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. Situated just below the railway station, the beach has parking facilities near by with steps used to access the beach.

The beach itself is large and sandy and is close by to facilities including a toilet, cafés, shops and even an art gallery.

Lifeguards are on duty at this beach and dog’s are not allowed.
