River Camel
The River Camel winds its way down from Bodmin Moor over granite, sandstone, slate and clay to join the sea at Padstow Bay, 30 miles away. Visitors can spot otters, bullheads, salmon and kingfishers in the water as well as a variety of quaint villages and heritage sites sitting alongside it.
Visitors to the River Camel can walk or bike alongside it, kayak or canoe through it or take up fishing on the banks.
