Saunton Sands
Saunton Sands Beach is an idyllic place to spend some of your time in Devon. The perfect spot for sunbathers, there is even the option of a Landeez all-terrain wheelchair, meaning everyone can enjoy this beautiful sandy expanse.
Saunton Sands welcomes dogs all year round, so you can look forward to ample walking with amazing views of the Bristol Channel. Other sights on the walk include the Taw and Torridge estuaries.
When it comes to accessing Saunton Sands itself, you’ll be pleased to know that there is a car park close by. Please be aware that you must pay a fee to use it.
The beach is no longer suitable for swimming and surfing, so please keep this in mind when visiting.
However, Saunton Sands Beach provides a choice of food outlets and beach shops, as well as magnificent surrounding scenery for you to make the most of.
Savour a memorable beach day at Saunton Sands…
