Temple Trout Fishery
If you want to experience a relaxing day out on a quaint lake, come to Temple Trout Fishery.
The fishery is open by appointment only, allowing for a serene angling experience. Two lakes can be found here, including a 2.7-acre Mallard lake and a 4.5-acre Teal lake. At these lakes, you can kick back and unwind with a bit of fly fishing.
There is an array of species for you to angle here, including rainbow, wild brown and brown trout. You can look forward to some big catches here, with some fish weighing up to 4lbs!
A fishing hut rests on-site, too, so you have access to a cooker, refreshments, equipment and a public toilet. There’s also a handy car park situated nearby.
