The six-course menu begins with Tsukidashi, a dish featuring delicious flavours, including smoked fish custard and spider cab. After that, you can look forward to savouring the mouthwatering Owan soup.
Otsukuri comes next, where lobster and sea trout take centre stage. Afterwards, follow it up with a lighter dish, Yakimono, before tucking into Shizakana & Shokuji.
You can finish off your meal with a rich dessert, Mizugashi. Dark chocolate, matcha kasutera and miso ice cream are bound to fulfil any sweet cravings!
