Tregirls Beach
A stone’s throw away from Padstow’s centre is Tregirls Beach, located on the west side of the Camel Estuary.
Also known as ‘Harbour Cove’, the beach is bordered by sand dunes and is home to the notorious “Doom Bar” with all of its shipping-related hazards.
At low tide, walk along the beach and take in the breathtaking views of Daymer Bay and Rock across the estuary. From here, you can travel through Gun Point to the neighbouring coves of Hawker’s Cove to the north and St. George’s Cove to the south.
