Valley of The Rocks
If you want to enjoy a beautiful, coastal outing, look no further than the Valley of The Rocks! The U-shaped dry valley enjoys amazing views of the sea and sports an array of uncommon formations.
The scenic point features a 2.9-mile walk for you to embark on. It begins at Lynton Cliff Railway Station.
Alternatively, you can drive along the winding road along the valley floor. The drive will take you past the iconic turning circle formation and down to Lee Abbey Bay Beach. Please be mindful that the road requires a toll with a small charge.
A highlight of the Valley of The Rocks must be the adorable goats! The charming animals can be found climbing the rugged cliffs.
After hiking or driving through the Valley of Rocks, why not settle down for a bite to eat in one of the picnic areas? A café can also be found nearby, where you can tuck into an array of tasty treats.
