Welcombe Pottery
Welcombe Pottery is set within an old smithy and was taken over by David Westcott and Alice Gare in 2003. After exploring the shop and picking up your favourite pieces, be sure to try your hand at making pottery yourself.
Here, you book onto a beginners evening pottery class, which is a weekly two-hour pottery class on a Thursday evening. Alternatively, enjoy a pottery taster session, where you can make a decoratively textured slab mug.
You could enjoy the Macrame workshop, where you can learn basic macramé knotting skills to complete your very own plant hanger to take home. Finally, there is the Monopriniting workshop, where you can try this craft and take home up to four prints.
Welcombe Pottery offers an exciting afternoon or evening for all…
