20THANKYOU Voucher Code Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this Voucher Code (20THANKYOU). By using the Code you are deemed to have accepted them. Any failure to comply with them may result in the Code not being honoured and you having an additional £20 to pay for your booking.

2. These terms and conditions do not apply to bookings of Forest Holidays properties.

3. The Code can be used (a) when you make a booking through Sykes Cottages Ltd (Sykes) on its website or a Sykes Cottages Family Brand's (as defined below) website; (b) you make that booking between 00:00am 29th January 2024 and 23.59 on 6th February 2024 (Relevant Booking); (c) for arrivals between 29th January 2024 and 14th October 2024 and; (d) the total charges for the Relevant Booking is for £0 or more.

4. Sykes Cottages Family Brands are: Abersoch Quality Homes, Best of Suffolk, Carbis Bay Holidays, Character Cottages, Coast and Country Cottages, Coast and Country Holidays, Cornish Cottage Holidays, Dream Cottages, Heart of the Lakes, Helpful Holidays, Hideaways, Hogans Irish Cottages, John Bray, Lakes Cottage Holidays, Lake District Lodge Holidays, Lakelovers, Manor Cottages, Menai Holidays, Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages, Welsh Coast and Country Cottages and Yorkshire Coastal Cottages.

5. When you make a Relevant Booking and you use this Code, you cannot use another Voucher Code (it's one Voucher Code per Relevant Booking) or any other voucher code or coupon.

6. You must remember to use the Code on a Relevant Booking when you make it. The Code cannot be applied after a Relevant Booking has been made, or against any other existing booking.

7. In relation to what the Code is and how to use it:

7.1. Enter the Code 20THANKYOU into the 'Voucher Code' box during checkout for your Relevant Booking; and

7.2. Upon entering a valid voucher code, you will be shown a confirmation message in the voucher code section and the discount will be shown as a total figure in the 'Discount' section of your holiday cost breakdown.

8. The Code will be applied against the rental charges balance, and not against the deposit that you pay when you make your Relevant Booking.

9. The Code is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable (it's to be used by you).

10. Sykes will not accept responsibility for any Code that is lost regardless of cause.

11. Sykes reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Voucher Code where it becomes necessary to do so.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
