"We've stayed as a family of four several times now."
The apartment is a real home from from, spacious, bright and clean with everything you need and more for a short or longer break. The beds are extremely comfortable and the garden area is a plus when you have children and the weather is on your side! We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

"We stayed here (2 adults, 1 child) for a week."
It's in the best location, literally 3 minutes walk to the beach. The bus stop to get to Colwyn Bay / Llandudno is pretty much outside the house as well. Parking on the street is ample. The house is lovely and to be honest the pictures don't do it justice. The main bedroom is tasteful and has a huge super king bed and the curtains do the job of allowing a lie-in on a sunny morning. The only thing is the shower (as others have mentioned). It really is tricky having a shower and not soaking the bathroom in the process due to there being no shower fitting or curtain (just a shower head in the bath). It's certainly not a deal breaker but did make things tricky each day. The house has all facilities needed - washing machine, dishwasher, good oven, BBQ etc. And the garden is lovely.

"I travelled with my two young children and this had lots of space for us."
There was a lovely garden for us to use.
The location was brilliant, less than 10 mins to Conway and under 15 to Llandudno. We were able to explore without being in the car all holiday.
The only criticism was we all had very dirty feet from walking around, the kids white socks were ruined. I had to clean their feet in between them having a bath and going to bed. Other than this the rest of the apartment was clean, no issues.
There has been a lot of thought put into the apartment, we loved the little notes on things.
Overall we loved this placed and would definitely recommend.

The owner Mrs Watkins could not have been more accommodating. The money they have spent on Rhos on sea is amazing, who would have thought that you would have phone chargers on the sea front.

"We booked this characterful apartment last minute after we decided it was going to be too wet to camp."
Well, we were so lucky to get it! It was so spacious, the garden was delightful (we had a BBQ) 5 minute walk to the beach and town, and it had everything we needed having three children.... a washing machine, a bath, a tea pot - for the early mornings and wine glasses!

"Hafan-y-mor is a spacious and well equipped apartment and very well situated in a lovely pleasant area in Rhos on Sea."
It is so well placed for visits to towns along the North Wales coast and Anglesey and Snowdonia are less than an hour away.
There was only one downside regarding the property and that was with regard to the bath which was very high to get into and the shower is attached to the bath taps with no shower screen or curtain. Older people or those with mobility issues might find this challenging as we did.
The installation of a proper shower would make this property perfect.
We had a wonderful week.

"This is the 5th time that my parents and myself have stayed here."
As always it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We always enjoy our stay and use it as a great base to explore other areas of North wales. Can't recommend it enough, if fact I have just re booked for a long weekend in April next year.

"Far exceeded expectations."
Immaculate throughout, clear instructions, liked the labels dotted around. Ideal location for visiting some of North Wales popular attractions (we visited Bodnant Gardens, Llandudno, great Orme and betws y coed). Would definitely revisit and recommend to family and friends.

"This was our second stay here the place is perfect for us."
We have kids and so it being on one level is great, the garden is fab for them to run around and it's only a short walk to the beach.
The only thing it's missing is a proper shower which would make life alot easier.

"The location of the apartment is perfect, a short stroll to the beach front and promenade."
Rhos on sea is a lovely place, quiet and laid back, just what we wanted from our holiday. The kiosks along the promenade do great coffees and ice creams, the play park was a big hit (children 7 and 4 years old) as there is a paddling pool.
The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable; everything was on hand for a great holiday.

"The apartment is immaculate, well furnished and exceptionally clean and the rooms are very spacious."
The kitchen has everything you need as regards appliances and pots and pans. The dishwasher was an added bonus too. We have a 3 year old and he loved the toys that were there and the picture books too. It is very central for local places of interest and only a short walk down to the beach and prom. The owners were very friendly when i contacted them on the phone and getting the key simple.
Only recommendation would be somewhere to hang clothes to dry outside as we did some washing but there is no washing line or rotary line.

The apartment is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everywhere was clean and very nicely decorated with all of the devices we needed. The bedroom was large and airy with a very large and comfortable bed. The owners were friendly and very helpful when we needed to contact them. The apartment was conveniently situated for both the town and the sea front. There was no onsite parking but plenty of spaces on the road . We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area and hope to return to it on our next visit !

"This flat is perfect for three adults or for a little family with children."
We didn't need the toys but there was lots of things for children to play with and it was all very welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and light and very comfortable to spend time in. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The flat is just a short walk from the beach, there was so much to do there wasn't time to do it all! We got home yesterday and have already told our friends about the flat as a place they may enjoy staying at.

It's clean and inviting. The beach is literally a five minute walk and there are cafe's and pubs close by. We found Rhos great for our young children as it's not overtly crowded. There is also a large play park nearby which helps.

It was so well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Added to this Rhos on Sea a very nice seaside resort, so often by-passed when visiting Llandudno is a pleasant surprise with very good facilities especially for children. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Kitchen had everything for daily usage . The apartment was within a short walk to the seafront promenade of Rhos-on-Sea lovely beach and shops and lots of places to eat

The property was spotless and the owner was very amenable to any requests. It is a great location, very central to Rhos town centre, 2 mins walk from the beach and easy access to the surrounding towns and attractions. We loved our mini break and wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely look to book it again in the future.

The location was perfect as we was able to have a lovely walk to the sea front in less than four minutes.I have been to Wales many times but this flat is a little jewel and we will hopefully return one day. I will recommend it to every one . The holiday was perfect and I had wonderful memories of when I visited Wales with my late husband . IIe would have loved the flat. And the location. "The apartment was fabulous, very roomy and tastefully decorated, very well stocked."
We loved the garden and patio which was a quiet haven to relax, have meals etc. The area was quiet at night from traffic so no trouble sleeping. Rhos is a lovely little town. Some lovely shops which we used and great cafes. We can recommend The Bakery and Marmalade or great coffee and cake [ and both had Soya milk ] I am dairy intolerant!.

"Hafan Y Mor is a beautiful flat which immediately felt comfortable and homely."
The property is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and everything that was needed for both adults and children was to hand. The master bedroom feels really luxurious and our children (aged 2 and 7) loved their room as well as all the toys and beach equipment. The communication from the owner was friendly and helpful. We will be back!
