  ??? We have stayed at Kelling several times and this is the best caravan we have stayed in by far! It’s clean, cosy and in a perfect spot.   The location was beautiful. The lodge itself had everything we needed and more and we really loved the personalised welcome touches. The biscuits were delicious, and the extra touches for the dog was very appreciated. Jeff was great communicating all the information we needed. The park itself was idyllic and surrounded by beautiful woodland, we enjoyed eating at the pub and using the pool. We hope to book again in the future.

• "Just spent 4 nights in Living the Dream."

  Great to have the porch on the side as could dry doggy paws and leave boots etc. Very dog friendly and there was even a bed, treats and toys for your dog - we had brought our own anyway. Lovely comfy king size bed for the humans. Great location in the woods and very close to the village square.

  We just love the caravan and the location it has such a lovely view of the forest. There is everything you need and very comfortable and clean. It’s lovely that it has a porch as on the wet days that we had we could leave all our wet coats and dry the dogs. We just love it can’t say much more. But just to say thank you to Jeff.

• "Booked a last minute few days getaway and couldn’t have been more happier with the accommodation and surroundings."

  We’ve never been to somewhere where are dogs are made to feel so welcome and catered for. Both Odie & Megan say thank you very much. As for us, well we just wanted to move in. The personal touches made it feel like home. It was clean and had everything you needed. We will be booking again as the hosts are so welcoming. 5 star mini break on a fantastic woodland site. Saw squirrels both red and grey and a few deer.

• "Just back from a week in ‘Living the Dream’- what a lovely place in an idyllic position on Kelling Heath."

  The property was brilliantly appointed, cosy, comfortable beds and two large bathrooms. The ‘extras’ provided were so generous- beds, snacks, toys and bowl for the dog and chocolate, tea, coffee, sugar, wine and even a Christmas treat! Really generous and a lovely surprise! Fabulous quick communication with the host throughout. Definitely got the holiday blues now we have returned home and looking forward to a return visit. Thank you for a wonderful week.

  The caravan was very clean and tidy, good instructions left within the a accommodation. Bonus was the little add on for keeping shoes and we placed our dog crate in there for them to sleep in but beds were left for use as well. The caravan was well equipped, the welcome card was a nice touch.

• "Two day cheeky break away at 'Living the Dream' - and we did!"

  Lovely spacious and airy caravan, Modern and spotless. Great bonus feature of 'a bit on the side' to store all your additional extras that you need to bring and space to store your shoes etc. Most importantly of all, dog friendly with a dog bed and bowls included. Located on a quiet part of the heath with wonderful views of the trees and a stones throw away from good walks in the woods with our dog. Located close to the village but far enough away to not be disturbed. On arriving a lovely gift of a bottle of Processco and some nibbles which started our little break off very nicely. Definitely one to visit and we will be returning.

• "I’ve been visiting Kelling since the 80’s ,as a family camping, later just my husband and I when we had progressed to caravans and now as a widow accompanied by my sister, this is our 3rd year but 2023 has been the year we’ve discovered the gold at the end of a rainbow."

  Living the Dream cannot be faulted for comfort, layout, cleanliness and friendly obliging owners. The open setting is perfect facing woodland across a wide expanse of grass. The “village square” is a short walk, where you can sit and watch the world go by with a coffee or something stronger, get something to eat (check opening times) and visit the shop for essentials, those who enjoy walking are spoilt for choice, beautiful scenery and so peaceful, I’m already booked for 2024, just the incentive I need to keep going!

  It is by far the best we have stayed in and we have already rebooked for next year. The location is lovely with lovely views towards the forest and a short walk to the centre. The caravan was nicely furnished and well equipped. The owners have thought of everything to make the perfect stay, even the dogs were catered for. Great communication from start to finish. As much as I would like to keep this place a secret (just in case I struggle to get rebooked in the future !), I would have no hesitation in recommending Living the Dream for a lovely. relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

  Perfect location. I would rate this caravan 5* plus has absolutely everything you need. Home from home in fact. Spotlessly clean, well done to the cleaner, very modern, lovely Veranda. I forgot to take my iPhone charger and found that Jeff had a bits and pieces box, and there was a charger plug in there so thanks Jeff really came in handy. Definitely will be booking again.

  Caravan is spacious & well equipped. Perfect location for walks in the woods & only a few minutes to the village square. We brought carrots, nuts & bird food with us. The deer, squirrels & birds were very well fed. Communication with Jeff was excellent & he answered all my questions. Great customer service. I highly recommend this caravan. We will be back!

  A gorgeous, spacious, beautifully clean caravan positioned on the best part of the site. We've stayed in many caravans at Kelling Heath and this gets top marks for everything including great Customer Service. The fire break area opposite is perfect for kids to run around on or have a kick about with a ball whilst you sit and relax on the patio area or join in! It's just got everything you'd need for a perfect break amongst nature. Thanks again for a lovely break.

• "This is a really super holiday home with a lovely style."

  There is a lot of space and would be really great for a family as there is room for everyone to gather here. The dishwasher and washing machine mean that you don't have to leave all your washing until home and washing up doesn't have to be a chore. There was a bottle of fizz and some delicious cookies for us to have a treat which was delightful. The dog was well catered to as there was everything we could need in case we forgot anything. The home is located in a great spot , not a long walk to the centre. We were able to park within the gates which really helps and there is a great outdoor set if the weather suits alfresco dining. The main bathroom is very spacious with a good size sink for wet shaving. We were cosy and snug. As a sciatica sufferer I would have preferred a firmer bed however it was by no means uncomfortable. The owners were great with communication and we would deal with Jeff again. A really beautiful home.

  The holiday home is very well situated on a generous plot, overlooking beautiful ancient forest and with easy access to all that Kelling Heath has to offer. The accommodation is spacious and of a very high standard, with comfortable beds, great showers and is spotlessly clean. A rainy afternoon was no problem as there are games, toys, magazines and books provided, as well as a TV. The owner had thought of everything to make our stay special from complimentary toiletries, toys for the dog and a welcome gift. We have been visiting Kelling Heath for nearly 20 years and this is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in- we really can't recommend it enough. The owner's communication has been excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We have already booked a return visit and can't wait to enjoy Living the Dream again and all that Kelling has to offer.

  The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our young family (2 x 8yr & 1 x 3 yr) Every room was an excellent size and the master bedroom was so spacious. It was spotless throughout and had everything we need inc a washing machine which was definitely needed with 3 children! Kelling Heath was beautiful. Lots of things to do for Adults & children plus great walking/cycling routes! The nearby town of sherringham had a beautiful beach with lots of things to do and see. I would highly recommend this accommodation! We will be back next year!

  The property was ideal for our group (two adults and two teenagers). It was perfectly clean, with everything provided, and a great space for us to enjoy. The setting in the woods is so lovely, and while close to the site centre and shops, it felt very peaceful - we loved having breakfast on the decking while looking out towards the trees. We all slept very well, as much to do with the comfortable beds, as the outdoors air and activities. Booking was easy and the owner was great to chat to about the stay. We also arrived to find gifts from the owner which was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for a super stay, I'd definitely recommend!

• "Living the Dream is located in a peaceful part of Kelling Heath on a no through road, so there are no passing cars but also it is conveniently located a 2 minute walk from the parks facilities including a shop and a pub with live music every night."

  The lodge is really clean, modern, and comfortable and has excellent facilities meaning it’s a ‘home from home’ to relax in. Surrounded by trees and nature the front overlooks a green which is a safe play area for children and dogs. There is a secure fence around the lodge which kept our dog safe and meant he could enjoy watching the world go by. ‘Living the dream’ is family owned and this is evident through the thoughtful touches aimed to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and didn't want to go home. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful lodge we will definitely be back!
