  • "Our second time to this lovely cottage far enough away from Forfar to be remote and near enough if you need anything."

Our 2dogs particularly like the enclosed garden to keep them amused and run out and in . We will definitely return in the near future

  • "Wonderful little bungalow."

We had a lovely time. Only thing missing for me was wooden spoons in the kitchen! Thank you so much

  • "We had a wonderful holiday at this property."

It was spotlessly clean and comfortable - beds were very comfy too ! The garden was great for our two dogs, plus the patio furniture was a very welcome addition too. Thank you also for the milk, goodies and wine, very much appreciated.

  • "The bungalow was very comfortable and well-equipped and in a lovely peaceful setting."

Really enjoyed sitting in the garden and watching the birds. We were able to visit a lot of places (e.g Lunan beach, V&A Dundee, Cairngorms National park and Blair Castle) from this location. We did find the hot water a bit erratic, with it running cold halfway through showers at times. The drainage was sluggish at times, but we do understand that this was due to the nature of the cesspit. However, overall we had a really enjoyable stay, thank you.

  • "We absolutely loved this property just the right area and size for our party ."

The dogs loved the fully enclosed small garden but the web page was a bit misleading as there is another grassed area that is definitely not enclosed, more so now as work got done last week when we were there .There is a gap in the fence about 2 feet which a robot grass cutter has access back and for to 2 gardens which seems a waste of time , but apart from that we will definitely return here I have already been checking availability .

  • "Lovely and clean."

Very spacious. Great enclosed garden for dog. A good generous supply of wood for the fire, we have been to places where they leave only 3 or 4 logs. We will definitely visit again. Good central location just over an hour to Aberdeen and about an hour to St andrews.
