• "We’ve had a wonderful week at Firthview."

  It is so comfortable, immaculately presented and has views that are second to none. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make a perfect holiday home and very kindly provided a lovely selection of goodies to welcome their guests. The location is so peaceful but really well place for exploring this beautiful part of the country. We would highly recommended and hope to return again. Just sorry we didn’t find this little gem sooner!

• "Firthview is absolutely superb."

  A very comfortable home from home which is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly want to enjoy your stay. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location with great views towards the Moray Firth. We enjoy wildlife and birdwatching so really nice to see the deer in the fields outside the lounge window and also the pheasants that regularly passed through the garden as well as the nesting House Martins outside. A great place to stay for all the sites we wanted to visit including Fort Augustus, RSPB Abernethy, John o’ Groats, Brodies Castle and the Dolphin Centre. We had the perfect weeks stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and would definitely book to stay again. We also received a lovely welcome pack from the owners Anne and Steve, which was very much appreciated.

• "We had a wonderful holiday in this house."

  It is warm and comfortable, well equipped and positioned perfectly to explore the Moray Firth and beyond. The view out to Cromarty was stunning in the evening when the sun was shinning. I wanted to thank Steve, the owner, for making sure everything was OK in our stay, which we were and I look forward to returning again to this property on our next Scottish holiday.

• "Out of the 4 properties we stopped in this holiday this was by far the best."

  Very high-end kitchen appliances. Dream kitchen. Lovely comfortable beds and seating areas. 10/10 cleanliness. Lovely location for views over the Firth to North and South souter. Would highly recommend this property and would like to go back again.

• "Firthview was a real find."

  It has everything we wanted in a cottage. Situated on a hill in quiet countryside but only a few miles from a big Sainsbury's. The view took in the Moray firth and the hills beyond and the sunset which you can you enjoy while while drinking your evening aperitif. Nairn is only a few miles away with a selection of restaurants. We certainly want to return sometime.
