  • "We have been travelling to Elgin for a number of years with work and have stayed at various locations; however none of those compare to this property."

It has everything you coulod hope for, it is spacious and has all the mod cons you could hope for. As we were there for work the internet was a big thing for us and with 100meg speeds this was not a problem. After meeting with DChris the owner a couple of times we found him to be very helpful with any requests we had or just for local information. We will hopefully be able to book up again for next year

Thank you paul for the positive feedback you are welcome back anytime Property Owner

  • "We stayed at the house last August, having moved at very late notice from a very disappointing experience elsewhere."

Chris could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The property was spotless on arrival. It's a beautiful house with high quality decor, fixtures and fittings. The bedrooms are comfortable and it was great fun to have use of the hot tub! It's a short drive up to the stunning beaches around Lossiemouth and there are lots of lovely walks nearby. It was a relief and a luxury to stay at the Coach House, and we were very grateful to find it at such short notice. We'd highly recommended it for a quiet, relaxing stay. Sorry it took us so long to leave a review!

Thank you for the positive feedback your well come back any time Property Owner

  • "Wonderful property!"

The owner made sure that we had anything we needed and a little extra (bottle of proseco and cakes). The property itself is located in a very quiet and peaceful area of the town. Lots of places to go as the shops are only a couple of minutes away and the local restaurants are very good. The property is very dog friendly and it is extremely clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

1 The Coach House is an impeccable, semi-detached house enjoying the idyllic setting of the luxury Dunkinty estate in Elgin, Moray.

Accommodating a family of six, 1 The Coach House boasts stylish and spacious interiors, and is within easy reach of Moray's stunning coastline as well as the historic sights peppered throughout the region.

When you arrive at the property, you will be pleased to discover ample off-road parking along with the attractive, stone-built exterior of the property.

Make your way inside to be greeted by an entrance hallway, which leads into a bright and airy open-plan living space, where you can kick back and relax on the spacious, leather, electric recliner sofa and watch a Netflix show on the large flatscreen TV, switch on the electric fire for some added warmth.

The property also treats you with underfloor heating on both floors, conveniently pow-ered by Hive to adjust the temperature in each room!

When it's time to rustle up a tasty dinner, venture to the well-equipped kitchen, where a range of contemporary appliances await, including an American-style fridge/freezer and an integrated oven.

Once dinner has been made, settle down to a feast at the nearby dining table and catch up on the day's adventures.

As the day winds to a close, throw any old clothing into the washer/dryer in the utility, before freshening up in the cloak-room.

Continue up one set of stairs to find one of the three well-appointed bedrooms in the property, this one being a king-size with sloping ceilings adorned with skylights, a Smart TV and access to a fabulous en-suite bathroom; the en-suite boasts a jacuzzi bath and a separate walk-in shower, leaving you spoilt for choice in the morning!

This room has direct access and no door.

Head downstairs again and up the main staircase to find the latter two bedrooms, both fabulously decorated, and consisting of doubles with TVs, one with an en-suite shower room and one with Jack-and-Jill access to a shower room.

During the summer months, venture out to the patio for some alfresco dining; the space also offers secure storage for your things, for extra convenience.

The property benefits from being a stone's throw away from an array of amenities, alongside Elgin's marvellous attractions, such as the remnants of Elgin Cathedral, and the fascinating museums of Elgin and Moray Motor.

The Linkwood Distillery is another excellent attraction by the banks of the river Lossie, with the idyllic surroundings of wood-land walks and the Moray Sports Centre, which offers bike hire and a variety of classes.

Spend some time on the coast at Lossiemouth, where the gorgeous sands of Lossiemouth East Beach, the Moray Golf Club and the intriguing Lossiemouth Fisheries & Community Museum will keep you en-tertained.

Why not spend some time at Fochabers, a village home to the renowned Moray Mon-ster Trails, the breath-taking Gordon Castle Estate and access to the mountain biking area of Ordi-qish.

For more fun on the coast, be sure to pay Burghead and Buckie a visit, or spend more time inland at one of the picture-postcard, country towns, such as Dufftown.
