"Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location."
Beautifully furnished and a good standard of cleaning. Kids appreciated excellent WiFi and Xbox with games on bad weather days. Views of the river are stunning from flat. Unfortunately the nearby bridge to walk to Cargill's Leap and Blairgowrie centre was out of action due to storm damage when we visited in mid-Feb. Had fab trips exploring Dundee, Perth, Dunkeld, Glen Shee/Ballater and the many local waterfalls.

"Keathbank Court is a great place to explore the local area and into Glen Shee for walking and skiing."
The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay and situated with easy access to local walks. Blairgowrie has all the local facilities you would need.
-

It had good facilities and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Riverside walks into Blairgowrie and sitting on the wee balcony watching the river.

"The apartment is very clean and comfortable and well equipped."
The balcony over the river is a wonderful space for breakfast or a drink. There are nice walks easily accessible from the apartment and it’s a good base to explore this lovely part of Scotland. Highly recommended.
-
"A perfect appartment at a nice place."
Lots of space and facilities. The cleaning could have been better and we hope we did not scare the neighbours when using the washing machine (it really makes a lot of noise).
-
"We had a lovely week at Keathbank court."
The apartment was just as described and very clean and comfortable and very well situated for exploring the surrounding area.
-
"A delightful property in a good location."
Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The balcony overlooking the river is a bonus.
-
"A lack of equipment and maintenance issues let down this flat which otherwise was spacious, clean and in a good location."
The internal kitchen had 4 of 7 under-cupboard lights not working, making it difficult to see to use the hob. Inadequate lighting also in sitting area (only 2 uplighters working) made it difficult to read in the evening or even on a dull day. Saucepans need replacing, no milk/pouring pan or storage cannisters for tea, sugar etc are provided. The double bed was very hard, while the twin bedded room was really only suitable only for children (which ought to be mentioned in the property details). The lighting issues were reported to the owners, who said they would be fixed during our 2 week stay, but weren't.
Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm the single beds are standard size beds and not childrens beds. Thank you for raising the maintenance and equipment issues, these are currently being addressed and will be rectified for future guests. Otherwise, I am glad to hear you found the flat spacious, clean and in a good location. Property Owner

"Absolutely fabulous apartment."
Would highly recommend. Very spacious, nice and warm, and lovely position overlooking the River. Great location for skiing in Glenshee, cycling and also near Dundee, which is a lovely city with plenty to do. We'll be back.

"We had a great week at 12 Keathbank Court."
The property was very clean, warm, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is really nice and peaceful and there is a very pleasant walk along the river in to the town. It is very well positioned for exploring both Perthshire and Angus and we will definitely be back !
-
"Lovely cosy holiday apartment in a great location by the river,."
We enjoyed the walk into Blairgowrie along the river path and even saw red squirrels. The apartment was clean and had everything that we could need for our stay. There was great storage for clothes in the bedrooms and a bonus having a bathroom each. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom was very hard. I like a firm bed but this gave me a sore back. Apart from that the apartment was great.
-
"Very comfortable."
Felt like home as soon as we moved in! Could do with some clocks in the bedrooms! The situation of this apartment is superb as you can hear the river, walk along the path into Blairgowrie and there are lots of places to visit within an hour of the property if you don't want to travel too far. We will book again

"A quiet holiday property in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the town of Blairgowrie."
Breathtaking riverside views from the balcony. Charming riverside walks adjacent to the property. Furnished tastefully to an extremely high standard. Spacious throughout and extremely well equipped. Excellent housekeeping services midway through our stay. Quite simply one of the best holiday lets we have ever had as a family. Cannot wait to return.

"Great apartment in a fantastic location!"
-
"Fantastic quiet location with small balcony overlooking the river on the outskirts of Blairgowrie."
Well designed living area. The whole apartment was spotless and comfortable. Just a couple of minor feedback points - we had to push the 2 single beds together in the small bedroom to shut the door; more crockery and cutlery would mean we could use the dishwasher less often. We would definitely stay again and recommend.
-
"Loved the accommodation, the balcony overlooking the river was perfect to start the day & enjoy after we’d been exploring the surrounding area."
Very peaceful & beautiful walk into Blairgowrie, both the long way & quick way.
-
"There were a few small snagging issues but lovely property in a great location"
-
"12 Keathbank was a lovely spacious accommodation in a quiet location and in a stunning location."
The only sounds were from the fast flowing river from below the balcony.
-
"An amazing apartment in a beautiful setting!"
Very cosy and well-appointed apartment, with plenty to do in and around the area, from great walks to delicious local food from Little's Restaurant. We traveled a lot during our week there and the Scottish landscape was breathtaking- really no place quite like this! Definitely a perfect apartment for us. Thank you!
-
"We had a lovely time staying here, the location is beautiful and the walks around the area are really enjoyable too."
It was a good place to stay as we could easily get to parks, activities and lovely towns (Perth and Pitlochry to name a few!) This apartment worked really well for us and we were so lucky to get it last minute! Thank you.
-
"Fantastic apartment, lovely location overlooking the river."
Lovely sitting out with a glass of wine on the balcony listening to the water rushing past. Good location for heading out to St. Andrews, Dundee etc. My daughter and her friend appreciated the Xbox. Beds comfortable too.
-
"We had Just the right amount of relevant communication with the owners before & during our stay."
The apartment had really useful features like unobtrusive 'how to' cards next to equipment. They saved time and made settling in easy. It is spacious enough for 4 adults with a large living room and 2 bathrooms. When we did drag ourselves away from the view from the window, The location is perfect for exploring the Blairgowrie area & Cairngorm National park. There are lots of bars, restaurants & supermarkets within 15 minutes walk.
-
"We really enjoyed our stay in your well equipped cottage (apartment)."
We have traveled around this area quite a lot. We had nice weather for the first half of our stay but unfortunately the weather turned mid week, but we did tour a lot of the area, we hope to return to this area again for another week. The trees across the river are very nice in their autumn colours. We hope to see you again soon in the future.
-
"We had a lovely comfortable stay in your beautiful apartment, lovely surroundings and very cosy."
We hope to return to do lots more exploring. We had a lovely time visiting Braemar and Ballater and enjoyed beautiful views as we passed through Glenshee. Beautiful places everywhere we visited. Lots of good memories and loads of photographs. Thank you.

About the location
BLAIRGOWRIE
Kirriemuir 12 miles; Dundee 12 miles; Perth 19 miles.
The red sandstone town of Blairgowrie is situated on the bank of the river Ericht, where it emerges from spectacular gorges in Strathmore. With good shops, great restaurants and coffee bars, it makes an excellent town to start exploring Perthshire and the beautiful Angus Glens. Surrounded by rolling fields, famed for their berries, the town is overlooked by hills and mountains, and is the main link to Scotlands largest ski centre at Glenshee. The surrounding countryside is the perfect terrain for horse riding, cycling, mountain biking and hill walking, whilst golfers are well-catered for with several excellent courses (including Rosemount) locally. Gleneagles and championship courses of Carnoustie and St Andrews are also within easy reach. Marvel at the world’s tallest beech hedge at Meikleour (600m long and 30m high), see Meigle’s collection of Pictish sculpted stones, or listen to stirring tales at Glamis Castle, the setting for Macbeth and said to be Scotlands most haunted castle! The small town of Dunkeld is also worth a visit with its historic cathedral, riverside walks, impressive trees, such as the Birnam Oak and parent Larches of Dunkeld, and the Hermitage, which offers breath-taking waterfalls. Abundant wildlife frequent the many surrounding woodlands, from red squirrels, foxes and deer to Swifts, Goldcrests and Buzzards, with breeding Ospreys seen at nearby Loch of the Lowes.
