"Lovely cottage."
Everything you need, nice and clean with lovely views. Main road at bottom of garden but you don't hear it. WiFi signal good too. Aber Falls is just a short walk away with the distillery and cafe. Never been to North Wales before but I'd definitely come back.

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cottage."
We visited as two families of 4 and it was a perfect size for us. Nice and cosy, makes you feel like at home. And views are amazing. The main road wasn't noticeable at all. We definitely would be back here!

"Overall great place to stay."
Was comfortable and clean and in a nice location, yes there's the busy road but you hardly notice that it's there. Would stay again if ever in that area.

"The property was well maintained and all care was taken to highlight road noise and safety precautions needed."
The Road is noisy but we found this was fine within the house. The space within was well laid out and clean, we appreciated the welsh cakes given on arrival. The location was perfect for getting iut and about with it being close to the A55.

"We enjoyed our stay, house was clean and tidy."
Everything was good only downfall is one bathroom and we couldn’t work out the heating system as we had children and wanted the house to be bit warmer otherwise can’t fault in anything elss. We will definitely come back again.

"A group of 7 stayed for a couple of nights as we were due to climb Snowdon."
We found the house easy to get to and very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Milk and Welsh cakes were provided which was nice touch too. The beds were comfortable and there was enough wood for the log fire. The views from the property are lovely despite it being next to the A55, and traffic noise was not a big issue. If there was anything we would have preferred one extra bathroom but we managed ok with just the one for the short time we were here. Would definitely recommend as a base to explore North Wales and Snowdonia.

"Lovely and comfortable house in a great location."
The house was cozy and spacious with a great outdoor space. Milk, Welsh cakes (yummy!) and biscuits left for us, that was a really nice touch, thank you.
Thanks very much for your feedback, very glad you had a comfortable stay. We hope to see you again. Property Owner
