  • "Great location, with fabulous views."

There's everything you'll ever need for a comfortable break. Everything has been thought of. Should there be anything you need, Kath is on hand to help out. Unfortunately we needed a car mechanic on our break. Kath was on hand to point us in the right direction. If you do book this property. I can assure you, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be returning

The property

Amolca is a seaside-themed holiday apartment located in an elevated position on Mynydd Eilian (Eilian Mountain) on Anglesey.

This peaceful location is wonderfully picturesque and boasts stunning views across to Point Lynas Lighthouse and the ocean.

The Isle of Man can be seen on clearer days! The hallway has stairs leading you up to the apartment, which is all on one level once you’re inside.

The sitting area has a comfy sofa set in front of a TV.

There’s a contemporary kitchen area with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, larder fridge, microwave and toaster.

In the kitchen is also a table and chairs which can seat two people. There is a double bedroom with a handy dressing table. The shower room has a spacious shower, loo and wash hand basin. Outside there is a garden which has a space laid to lawn, a large Mediterranean terrace, patio areas and garden furniture.

You are welcome to use any of these areas and make yourself at home as the owner’s live downstairs - they will, of course, value your privacy.

There is also off road parking available. If you do venture out and away from the beautiful views, there are great walks nearby, pebbly coves or sandy beaches, as well as great attractions and places to eat if you hop in the car.

Where you’ll be staying

LLANEILIAN

Amlwch 2 miles; Moelfre 7 miles.

A scattered, rural village situated close to the cliffs of Point Lynas and the little bay of Porth Eilian, on the beautiful north coast of Anglesey. Llaneilian stands amidst lovely countryside, which is perfect for scenic walks and cycle rides, but is perhaps best known for its lighthouse built in 1835, and its small, attractive shingle and sand beach, which is sheltered by cliffs and headland making it perfect for swimming, boating, fishing and other water sports. Just 2 miles west is the old port of Amlwch, the most northerly town in Wales, and Parys Mountain, where visitors can enjoy the Copper Mine Trail Walk amidst the old ruins of what was once the world's largest copper mine in the 18th century. Amlwch's harbour dates back to the Middle Ages and once was a thriving port. There is excellent fishing and golf nearby as well as beautiful sandy beaches and spectacular cliff top walks. Enjoy the medieval town of Beaumaris, with its 13th century moated castle, museums, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, take a day trip into Snowdonia or visit Dublin from the nearby port of Holyhead.
