• "This is a great apartment to use as a base to tour the lovely places this island has to offer."

  A beautiful beach on its doorstep and only a short hike to Red Wharf Bay, too. This apartment’s central position makes accessing other places very easy. The apartment is great for a family of four. We stayed with our older children but have stayed many times before when they were much younger. The view outside the kitchen window is like an ever-changing picture - sea and Mountain view. Love this place - feel very at home here.

  Thank you for providing your feedback. We are saddened that you felt that this was the best way to address this, however please allow us to respond: 1: The white mugs get marked with spoons from stirring during normal use. 2: The pans have now been checked. One was well used so we have now replaced it and would have been happy to do this while you were there. 3: The patio door is an external door which is exposed to the elements. 4: The garden furniture is rattan style furniture – a 2 seater, 2 individual chairs, and a coffee table which are designed to be outside. It’s possible they were blown around in the wind. 5: We replace our towels annually. They are all laundered the same way, and we have never received complaints about them in the past but we will make a point of checking each towel for wear and tear. 6: The furniture and fittings in the apartment are as seen in our Sykes profile with the exception of the garden furniture which has been replaced. Whenever a guest contacts us we have been able to resolve any issues straight away. Had you contacted us about your concerns we could have discussed a resolution. If we had found any issues we would have been happy to put them right as the enjoyment of our guests is important to us. We leave our contact details freely available in the apartment to make it as easy as possible to contact us by phone or email but we did not hear from you during your stay. Property Owner

• "Lovely spacious comfortable well furnished apartment."

  Quiet at the back where the bedrooms are, bit noisy at the front due to main road, however soon realised the road was busy because people were going to and from work and I was on holiday! The view from the little patio across the bay to the mountains more than made up for the road. The apartment is really conveniently located too for shops (Tesco a 3 minute walk), takeaways and pubs, and of course the stunning beach and rock pools just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Really loved the accommodation and location, spot on for exploring beautiful Anglesey.

  First class location for pub, local supermarkets. Pity about the steep hill if you walk to and back from the beach. Hard going if you use a walking stick. But coming back it's a good reason to stop off in the pub.

• "Firstly getting the key from the key safe was a nightmare."

  After putting in the code the front did not drop down, firmly stuck in. Only help from a resident who used some force did it move. Prob needs WD 40 or similar to work effectively. MUST be attended to to save stress for the tenants. We were trying for a long time in pouring rain. The apartment was spotless. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. The TV was excellent as was the Central Heating. Location perfect, easy parking, walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The only thing stopping this apartment being 5 star - the carpets/rug need upgrading as do the leather settees. This would not stop us returning.

  The apartment is like a home from home and it has everything you could want, although some more tables in the lounge would be beneficial when you’re having a drink but that is just being picky. Benllech is also a great destination and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone

  Just a couple of things, the lid of the kitchen bin wouldn’t close (not great for a kitchen bin), more hooks for coats or on the back of bathroom doors would have been appreciated. Also confusion caused by having 2 Bay View properties in benllech, as 2 of our party got there before me they went to the wrong Bay View, causing them some stress, maybe need to look at wording in brochure description of both places.

  Perfect for our family of 3. Location, facilities, cleanliness was all perfect. The walk to the beach was not far at all. Excellent location for exploring different places in Anglesey. The WiFi was exceptional which was great as I had to work on a couple of days. Would love to stay again!

  Very well maintained and right in the centre of the village, close to all amenities. The welcome milk and cakes were a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The bonus was the February weather, sunny nearly every day! We enjoyed a lovely week and would definitely use the property again.

  The place was lovely and welcoming with the heating being on. The little welcome pack was just what we needed before going for a quick walk to Tesco. The 3 days that we spent here very relaxing and would recomend it as a base for enjoying Anglesey no matter what time of the year.

• "The listed checkin/out times on the site are different to those in the welcome pack inside the property which is confusing."

  Inside the property the pack says checkout at 10 and checkin at 4. Property was very clean. Worth mentioning in the listing that the tv is a smart TVs so no need to take extra media devices such as Chromecast.

  It is very central to all ameneties in a busy Benllech and the property provided everything we needed and is within easy reach of some lovely areas of Anglesey.
