  • "AVOID. Dishwasher shelves had rotted through and to make things worse the owner admitted to knowing about it."

No safety electrical pass certification on dishwasher either that I could see visible on all other electrical items.Cutlery, utensils, dishes and glasses were dirty. Three glasses were broken and a danger. Have complained but no compensation received. Will be looking at taking this further action.

  • "The home as very comfy and very welcoming."

The view from the livingroom window was immense (I'd move the sofa from in front of it though). Kitchen had everything you need for a family. Super spacious bedrooms. Beds comfy and clean. Great night lights in hall. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back.

  • "The property was ideal for us and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

Well stocked cupboards with all cutlery and crockery required. The house was clean and tidy, lovely fresh bedding and towels provided. The enclosed garden was perfect for dogs and grandchildren with the most glorious view over Benllech bay. A nice walk to the shops and beach, be warned though, uphill all the way back!! One slight niggle was water pressure in the bathroom, the shower just trickled and the bath took an age to fill, but we managed fine. Lots of DVDs to watch and childrens books and the wifi was excellent throughout the house. Some lovely pictures on the walls. We would definitely stay again, thanks for a lovely holiday.

  • "Very nice holiday home."

only thing is the hot water is so slow if you wanted a bath it take 1/2 hour for the bath to fill. and there was only 2 Toilet rolls for 12 days stay and no soap for washing you self. Apart from that it

  • "‘Berna’ is a lovely property in which to stay."

We loved our time here. The location is brilliant - short walk to the beach and other attractions on Anglesey easily within reach. Peter and Rebecca are lovely hosts, easily contactable, very responsive, friendly and helpful. There was a problem with communication from Sykes to the hosts, but Peter was very helpful to us anyway. The cottage is clean, tidy and well equipped, and the view towards the sea never lost its enjoyment for us. Fantastic place to stay.
