"What an absolute gem of a property just outside LLangefni, perfectly located to access the whole Island."
The hosts at Y Fran are welcoming and knowledgeable and our 3.5 yr old absolutely loved both the property (which has everything you should need) and the garden!

"We found the cottage to be as described, great location and the outside secured playing area was a real asset for the kids."
The cottage itself is spacious, has everything you need for a self catering holiday and relaxing after a busy day out. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and we hope to return in the future.

"Travel directions were inadequate."
They referred to a 30mph sign - there wasn't one! The property was well equipped but cleanliness was poor. The premises and surroundings were somewhat neglected as if the owners had got too tired to look after them. The photos were not accurate in that they didn't show the abundant weeds in the paved area for example.
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your stay at Y Fran, although I was disappointed to read your comments. Due to the recent change to speed limits in Wales, the 30 MPH sign has been removed, I am sorry this caused you to have difficulty locating the property, however, I do provide my contact information on the key collection details all guests receive before their visit so if there are any issues I am more than willing to help and offer directions. I meet all guests as they arrive at Y Fran and I am on hand throughout the stay, if you did have any problems or comments you could have spoken with me and I would have endeavored to rectify any issues during your time with us, you also did not contact Sykes to make them aware there were any problems, again if I had been made aware I could have helped. The recent poor weather has contributed to the growth of weeds and as fast as these are removed, they do reappear, this has now been rectified, I only wish you had expressed your feelings to me during your stay as this could have been fixed swiftly.
