"The property had been cleaned to a high standard and was very well appointed (furnishings, linen, crockery/cutlery etc)."
The welcome basket of essentials such as bread, milk, butter was also a nice touch. An excellent property in a tranquil location. There were only a couple of things which warrant a mention. Firstly, there is some mould in the kitchen window that needs attention. There were also some very, very old cobwebs in the small top window in the upstairs bedroom. However overall, my daughter and I had an excellent stay and would book again.

"Happy with the property, but we would point out that some mold around the kitchen window will need attention soon."
Otherwise this is a very comfortable, well appointed property in a lovely setting and convenient for the many attractions of North Wales and Anglesey. We have stayed here before and the property did not disappoint on a second visit.

"We booked this property at the last minute and we were thrilled with it."
The scenery is stunning and the apartment is spacious, clean and very comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and we all enjoyed spending time in it and cooking even though we were on holiday. The apartment is close to Beaumaris and Menai Bridge with many excellent places to eat. Wonderful. !!

"An excellent property that was very comfortable and well maintained with parking right outside the apartment with an extra space in the car park."
Walking round to the front of the Manor gives great views over to Bangor Pier, the Great Orme, Llandudno and Menai Bridge. The location was perfect as you had easy access to Beaumaris and the rest of Anglesey as well as Snowdonia and North Wales. Would definitely recommend.

"A lovely, spacious property with everything we needed for our short stay."
The location is great for accessing the rest of Anglesey or it’s a short drive over the Straits to the mainland. The views from the front of the house are spectacular and always changing with the weather. The decking staircase leads down to the main road and is great for getting to The Gazelle; a lovely pub/restaurant right on the Straits.

"Our first night was spoiled by a smoke alarm that kept going off."
I reported this to the telephone number I’d been give. I was told she’d contact the owner. The alarm was far too high for us to reach and there was no step ladder. Eventually, the answer came back we should go to the neighbouring property and borrow their « ladder » and remove the battery. Fortunately the neighbours were home but they had no ladder, only a thing with two steps on it. My 6 ft 4 in husband was still nowhere near reaching the offending alarm. I texted the mobile number saying I expected someone first thing next day to sort out this problem. Next morning Zest sent out two young women: they did not know how to open the alarm, had no ladder and when they did eventually open the thing had brought the wrong batteries! « Incompetence » hardly covers it. They reached the alarm by placing a dining room chair precariously on top of an arm chair and standing on top of it. They asked if they could leave the chairs thus placed right in front of the bedroom door at the top of the stairs and come back later. They did not come back later but I did get a phone call to say they were at the door and no one was answering. What’s more, they had called earlier and no one had answered! On this second visit, when I got the phone call, we were out and for the first I have no idea but in any case the door bell didn’t work so that would partly explain the lack of response. Secondly, of course, THIS WAS A HOLIDAY and we were there to explore the area not hang all day about because of faulty equipment The chairs remained in their dangerous position until we left. On the plus side, this is a beautiful apartment and apart from a disturbed first night and irritating second day we liked it very much.

"We really enjoyed our stay."
The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. My son enjoyed ‘chilling’ in the den and we had lots of fun playing table football. A good base for exploring Anglesey.

"A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location."
Very clean and spacious, with a lot of thought put into it. Our daughter especially loved the 'den' area. Plenty to do in the area and we definitely need another visit to fit in everywhere we wanted to go to.
