  • "Had a lovely stay."

This was our second time in this beautiful, clean and cosy house and we have already booked to return in September. We have stayed in 2 other properties on Parc Delfryn and they were also very good but this is definitely our favourite.

Thanks for your lovely feedback Jennifer. We are so pleased you love our holiday home as much as we do ! Property Owner

  • "A really nice house with everything you need (except a plug for the bath)."

An EV point would make a big difference as there aren't many in the area.

Thanks for your feedback David. We have had a comment in the past that the plug was missing but it is stored in the overflow hole for neatness. I will ask our housekeeper to check that it is still there though! Property Owner

  • "We loved our stay here and are hoping to come back later in the year The house was impeccable, so clean and had everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lounge, dining area ans an upstairs and downstairs bathroom We were pleasantly surprised by having Netflix on the tele and a hairdryer and straighteners in the bedroom!"

It was also nice to have the milk, teabags and biscuits for our arrival We liked the area, nice pub up the road and a pleasant, safe 40 minute walk into Benllech as there is a pavement all along the road in We also visited the Benllech tandoori over the road and had a lovely meal with a nice view of the golf course on my husbands birthday and they surprised us with a birthday cake for him which really made the evening My only slight complaint would be that as others have said the hot water only gets warm, so I added a kettle full of hot water to my bath and it was fine, the shower downstairs is electric rather than replying on the solar heating so was always nice and hot

Thanks for your lovely feedback - we are really pleased you enjoyed your holiday. We have had an intermittent ongoing issue with the hot water and are hoping that the engineer who came just after your holiday has finally sorted it. We hope you visit the island again soon Property Owner

  • "The home is beautifully furnished and the welcome gift of teas, milk and biscuits was very much appreciated."

Everything we needed was there - the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped. The house was very clean on arrival and a great place to return to after a day of long coastal walks! The beds were very comfortable and we had no problems with hot water. Location wise it was perfect. It only took 25 minutes to get to Newborough Forest - which is stunning. It’s just 1.5 miles into Benllech - a lovely walk. The coastal walk from Moelfre to Lligwy Bay is stunning. We will definitely stay again and have recommended the house to other members of our family.

Thank you so much to your lovely feedback We are glad you enjoyed our holiday home and the surrounding areas. We would love to welcome you back again soon Property Owner

  • "Great property, nice and clean as well as comfortable."

A few recommendations; 1. Mop and bucket for floor 2. More than one tea-towel 3. A hot water system that actually delivers hot water.

Thanks for your suggestions Aaron. We have remedied the hot water problem - a switch had blown causing the issue when you were staying The flooring is not suitable for constant mopping so our thoughts were that it best to leave to the cleaner on a weekly basis - after all You are on holiday !! • "We have stayed on this road before, a few doors up as a comparison, and we found this house much cleaner, better maintained and stocked."

The only issue, and we note that people have had the same issue before us according to the guest book, is that the hot water is very unreliable. We understand that its solar powered and that there's an electric shower downstairs but my wife needs a powerful shower to do her hair and stop it from getting tangled and all electric showers lose a lot of power when the water is warmer obviously so we wanted to use the proper shower. For the last 2 days we had zero hot water. The sun was out (in fact one day was glorious) but it wasn't working clearly. That didn't really matter too much, it was still a fantastic house but wanted to let you know. We would definitely come again as there was nothing it was missing. Thank you!

Thanks for your feedback Stephen I apologise for the hot water issue - we believe it has now been resolved and was due to a valve/thermostat problem. We had no issues ourselves on our last visit so looks like all is good now Property Owner

  • "We had an excellent week in the house."

Such a clean and pristine house with 99% of items you could ever need. In a great spot for exploring the island being only a mile out of Benllech. Only feedback I would give the owner is that you need a full size brush so you can brush the floor in the lounge and the kitchen. Otherwise perfect.

The house had everything you could need usually the firs night I don't sleep well but I slept like a log The wife wants to buy some of the items you had so it's internet searching

  • "A very comfortable house in a good location for visiting different places on Anglesey."

...but we did arrive to find no hot water and could not work out the heating which was not a major problem for us but could have been in winter. Two heaters were on when we arrived - twin bedroom and kitchen but the one lounge never came on though it was switched on at the mains.

Janet - thanks for your feedback Heater has been fixed and hot water now has an over ride rather than just the solar heating Property Owner

  • "A well thought out beautifully decorated, clean spacious house."

Including all amenities. The back garden was well maintained and had a Rattan furniture set and Bbq. Its in a quiet location but there is a pub at the top of the road and an Indian restaurant opposite on the main road. We appreciated the milk, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival.

Thanks for your feedback So pleased you enjoyed your stay Property Owner

  • "Lovely home from home."

Everything you need and a bit more. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was the lack of hot water on a few mornings which, although not the end of the world, was a little inconvenient. This is I assume due to the solar panels which need the sun

Thanks for the feedback We are having the hot water system upgraded so this will not be an issue going forward Glad you enjoyed your stay Property Owner
