"A beautiful, clean and cosy holiday home that is just a stones throw from the beach."
The owners are approachable and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The home is perfect for your fur baby too, with a secure garden and lots extras to help make their stay an enjoyable one.

"The House was amazing, very clean, beautifully furnished."
The welcome Hamper was wonderful everything you would need for a couple of days. The gardens were beautiful front and back. The back has decking then the garden and you can see the sea. A few minutes walk and there is a little cut through to the beach walk a little bit further and you have The Stag pub which serves lovely food. Dog friendly Morrisons is just across from The Stag Pub Further up the high street is the The Bell cafe Lovely food and dog friendly. The fish and chip shoe is good too Ideal place to stay loved the house and the area. Barbara, Barry and Bella

"The tv broke in the kitchen and all maintenance said was does the one in lounge work, no other come back, thought it was best to tell them as soon as possible."
The property was spotlessly clean, towels, bedding very fresh , had everything and more the we needed, except two pin plug for tooth brushes, and no hairdryer. Welcome pack was fabulous very thoughtful. Parking not a problem, proximity to beach was great. Would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone, and we hope to return. Thank you for sharing.

"We’ve just come back from a weeks holiday at Bryn Hafod and had a fabulous time."
The house has everything you could need and was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with the beach at the bottom of the road. We had pizza one evening sat by the beach which I would highly recommend. We would definitely visit again, thanks.
-

Very well equipped. Location fantastic. Privacy issue rear garden one side and rear high fences good other side short picket fence no privacy from next door.
-

"Fantastic well equipped property great location."
-
"I love love love, this property"
-
"Fantastic property in an amazing location."
The property is very spacious with a perfect sized garden. Such a nice touch being left the little welcome bits as well as the treats for our 4 legged friends. The fact there was no designated parking was not an issue even with having 2 cars, and we managed to park seconds from the house every time we went out
-
"This is the third time we have stayed at Bryn Hafod and we have just booked again for next year."
The house is extremely comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The house is ideally situated for the beach and only a short walk into the village. The owners are very supportive if you should have a problem and they make themselves very accessible which is very reassuring. Looking forward to next year!
-
"The house is in an ideal location just a short stroll from the beaches and town centre but the only problem we had was with parking , I think it needs to be pointed out that parking close to the property may be an issue."
I would recommend Bryn Hafod as a lovely clean and well furnished property in particular the owner is extremely helpful and accessible as we found when we had a problem with the central heating.
-
"A fabulous home from home and just a two minute walk to a dog friendly beach, 5 minutes to the pub and shops, and many fantastic cliff walks."
And the rest of Anglesey is stunning. The welcome pack was most welcome, the treats for Basil were enjoyed too. An enclosed garden was great too. The house was 10 out of 10 for comfort. And a big thanks for the owners' support in Storm Babete when they let us stay an extra night so we could travel home a day late.
-
"Lovely property in a great location."
Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
-
"Very nice property but felt a little sad about the fact you were stuck on a houseing estate I think you should state that you are on a estate."
-
"We had a great week in your home and in Cemaes Bay."
Lovely house and location. We had all we needed for us and our dog. Really helpful to have a hosepipe in the garden, to rinse her off after our beach and coastal path walks and thank you for our welcome pack. We definitely recommend your home to others.
-
"Beautifully presented house spotlessly clean very close to the beach."
Lovely welcome pack left for us lots of helpful information about the area. Bryn Hafod is a little gem within walking distance of the beach pubs shop and cafe. There are some steep slopes to navigate if walking to and from the village but all in all lovely place to stay . Very secure back garden for our dogs.
-
"The property was lovely, back and front garden fenced in, on a very small estate very peaceful."
The beach is at the end of the road, cemaes bay has 3 pubs, chippy , corner shop (bit expensive) and small cafe at the main beach.best to get shopping at benllech which has a Tesco and co-op. Would stay at this property again, been to cemaes bay a number of times, never disappoints
-
"Bryn Hafod is beautiful, clean, well equipped and in a very handy location ."
The welcome pack was really appreciated and even our dog was not forgotten. When we contacted the owner on just a small matter he came round almost immediately and couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend it if staying in Cemaes. The view from the back garden was amazing.
-
"Very well equipped holiday home, it was just me and my hubby who stayed but great for a family too."
Beach and coastal walks about 5 minutes away plus dog walking area and canal walks. Great welcome pack too with bread, milk, butter, fresh orange and yummy Welsh cakes plus some treats for the dog. Our dog loved the big dog bed provided. Sadly the butcher's in the village had shut down and the little shop had some supplies so we stocked up with food at Holyhead which is about 20 minutes away, plenty choices of supermarkets, Asda, Morrisons, Tesco, Aldi, Lidle and Iceland which are all in close proximity to each other.
-
"This is a lovely house situated very near to the shore."
The house was clean and well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The garden was safe for the dog and a wonderful spot for listening to the sea and the occasional baa from the sheep. The house is in a great location to explore Anglesey - with lovely coastal walks from the doorstep and further afield. The week flew by and I'd be very happy to return to Bryn Hafod in the future.
-
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
The house was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a home from home escape. Very well situated property to enjoy the wonders of Anglesey. Thank you
-
"We really enjoyed our stay at Bryn Hafod, The weather was atrocious high winds and heavy rain the first few days but the comfort and ambience in this spotless, well equipped, tastefully furnished, and decorated holiday let made up for the poor weather."
The facilities for our dog were great and the welcome pack is a wonderful gesture which helped us to settle in quickly. We would happily return to Bryn Hafod again.
-
"The house is placed in an ideal location for the beach and this is what made the holiday as our 2 dogs love a run on the beach."
The facilities in the property were great , a nice welcome with the treats , bread milk etc. property was very clean, and well equipped and we had a real fire. The only downside I would say is there wasn’t a designated car parking space .
-
"Beautiful property in a perfect location."
Plenty of things to do locally. Would highly recommend this property to everyone
-
"We visited Bryn Hafod for the first time last year."
We loved the property and area so much we returned again this year and plan to return next year. We spoke and met with the owners and they were very supportive and helpful. The property is clean and extremely comfortable.
-
"Lovely house."
Warm an exceptionally clean. Excellent welcome tray. We will definitely stay again.
-
"Smashing - couldn't fault it."
I think the only thing is that the shower does spray somewhat past the screen door so you do get a wet floor, and I think more towels are needed rather than just 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each - but I think this may be a Sykes guideline rather than particular to the host. The place was spotless, fantastically equipped, excellent layout, lovely log burner, and excellent location. Will certainly return!
-
"Bryn Hafod is a warm and welcoming, beautifully presented holiday home."
Super clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all mod-cons; everything you need for a home from home, plus some thoughtful extras for the pooch. The location is 2 minutes from the beach and coast path in the rugged North of Anglesey - perfect for swimmers, beach lovers, walkers and wildlife lovers. Highlights we saw were porpoises and red squirrels. Cemaes is a friendly village and the neighbours were all very welcoming. Great food at the dog friendly local pubs. Can’t recommend this place enough.
-
"A little more information about the parking situation would have been helpful."
The house itself and the area was fab
-
"Very, very comfortable, The welcome pack was unexpected but was well received."
The cottage was well equipped, clean, tidy and welcoming. I would recommend this cottage to anyone thinking of taking a relaxing break in this part of Wales.
-
"I thought this was a relatively new house until I read it was built in the 1930s."
Everything inside is like a new house and very well done too. Lovely, spacious and in a fantastic position for walking on the beach which is two minutes walk away or exploring the island.
-
"We had a fabulous week at Bryn Hafod and couldn’t have wished for anything more."
The home itself was perfect. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We holidayed with our two dogs so the enclosed garden and close proximity to the beach and also a small woodland walk was ideal. The location was amazing being quite literally 2 minutes from the beach and a couple of pubs. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and the owners very helpful when I stupidly couldn’t figure out how to work the stair gate ! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to everyone.
-
"Lovely property very homely loved the aditional touches, Dog loved the trats and the dog bed."
-
"Clean comfortable and well presented property in a great location for exploring the surrounding area."
Everything you could need was available in the property. Would definitely recommend for a stay in this part of Anglesey.
-
"The property was in a good location and near to local amenities."
It was both impeccably clean and comfortable. The welcome pack was also a nice touch. We found Cemares Bay to be a lovely place to stay. The locals were very friendly and made us feel most welcome. We also had some nice meals in the local pubs.
-
"We enjoyed a lovely Holiday at Bryn Hafod."
The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Also, as per the description it is literally 2 mins from the Beach.
-
"A lovely property, a real home from home!"
Clean, modern and spacious the owners had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and our welcome pack even included doggie treats! A stones throw from the beaches its location was perfect for 2 active dogs! Would highly recommend this property!
-
"Top quality accommodation and furnishings with much appreciated welcome pack."
-
"We have a lovely week in this cottage."
It’s was a very comfortable, clean and spacious base for us and our children. We loved that the beach was literally 2 minutes walk for the cottage. Loved exploring Anglesey as it’s a very rugged and beautiful place.
-
"This holiday home was an absolute joy!"
We loved every second of it. For those with kids and dogs, the garden is very secure and there’s lots of room to play front and back. The house was beautifully clean and very comfortable. It was kitted out nicely, they even had dog bowls and a dog towel ready and waiting for us. Just down the road (a path next to the garages as you walk down the hill) is a park with enough things to keep them entertained for an hour or so. The location is just perfect. A short walk from the beach and what a glorious beach it was. There were 2 cafes that we went to, both dog friendly although one outside only. They do lovely food! A few pubs around but if you want a really nice meal go to the Bay View Restaurant and bar, it’s dog and child friendly and does delicious food, there is a small park there and it has spectacular views. From the port at Cameas Bay, there is a boat trip by Captain Dave, a lovely man who is very knowledgeable about the area, definitely worth a trip. All in all, a great holiday home in a great place!
-
"A lovely comfortable house, well situated for walks along the coast paths and local amenities"
-
"The house is located near to the centre of Cemaes Bay and within walking distance of three pubs."
The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Flo took advantage of the dog bed provided and loved her walks on the beaches in Cemaes and the other beaches In Anglesey. We would recommend the Gadlys Hotel for food, which is not the cheapest but is good. We also ate at the Harbour restaurant and the food was decent there too. We didn’t venture into the Vigour but had a drink in the Stag which was fine. Overall a great week away in a lovely house.
-
"Beautifully decorated and kitted out with everything you’d need for a break."
Very spacious. Fantastic location just a few mins walk down to a small beach. Nice friendly pub only a five min walk from the property. Loads of fantastic scenery out and about. Great coastal walks. Bodnan gardens is well worth a visit. As is Beaumaris castle. We had a brilliant week made better by having a fantastic 7 days of weather which meant our coats hats and gloves remained in the property unused. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing break with gorgeous surroundings and an amazing location. We will be returning again next year.
-

We would certainly recommend to others and dog friendly too. Thanks again...

Bryn Hafod was lovely and completely met our expectations. The welcome pack was a life saver and very much appreciated. We had a lovely holiday the weather was extremely kind to us. We went to the beach every day with our two dogs. We will certainly hope to return next year.

"A beautifully presented accomodation, warm, cosy and with every conceivable amenity and facility with easy to follow comprehensive instructions."
Really, we could have arrived with just a change of clothing. Situated in s quiet cul- de-sac.over looking the bay. Decor was clean and fresh as was the furniture. Well recommended. Will return next year.

"Tiffany was a brilliant host, from ringing us before we arrived to ensure we knew how to get there, if we had any last minute questions etc."
.. It really was home from home. Bryn Hafod house was of an exceptionally high standard and certainly exceeded all our expectations. The welcome parcel was particularly thoughtful and very well received. I am gluten & dairy free and Tiffany had sourced some basic items which were very much appreciated (particularly the chocolate). The card with helpful suggestions of places to visit on Anglesey and surrounding area was particularly helpful when planning our trips out.
-
