• "A wonderful place to stay!"

  The house is a new build property on a very small but beautiful estate. It is decorated simply but tastefully and has everything you need for a comfortable and warm stay. The location is ideal for the beach and a short walking distance to local bars and shops. There is parking for two cars. My only suggestion is to take a torch with you as the road is very dark at night for walking home. Thanks to the owners for renting out this amazing property and we are looking forward to staying again next year.

• "The stay was amazing, but we had no hot running water or heating for 2 days, we contacted everyone we could and got nothing back until we left."

  We come down from Stoke to see the drift matsuri at track monc and with the weather being not so great we were really muddy cold and wet through without any resources.

  I am very sorry to hear of the issues you encountered during your stay. We had no messages on our Out of Hours line so were not aware of the problems during your stay. The web message option is available for less urgent issues as it can take 24-48 hours for us to respond to these. • "My sister and me stayed at the property with our Mum and Dad."

• "The property was clean, well equipped and in a great location within walkable distance to Trearddurs main beach."

  Building work is nearing an end so this didn’t impact on our stay. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms rooms large. We travelled with twin toddlers and could fit our travel cots in any of the rooms. As the living room and kitchen are on the first floor, it would have been handy to have stair gates on this floor.

• "What a great find, we love Treaddur Bay and this was a lovely place to stay that good we have booked to stay here again, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and lovely walks along the coast line, the house itself is great and there was nothing we didn’t need."

• "Perfect position and excellent property with everything for a brilliant break."

  We had a lovely 5 days and made wonderful memories for our 3 year old grandson who is keen to go back which we will certainly do probably making it an annual event. He particularly enjoyed the beanbag! Unusually he slept through every night he said his bed was really comfy and loved the telly!

• "Lovely property, beautifully clean and well equipped."

  (But heating a bit tricky to manage, even with instructions.) Great position just 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Area is wonderful for walking with Trearddur bay and Porth Dafarch beaches perfect for families. We’ve been coming to Anglesey for 40 years and we’re not tired of it yet!

• "Enjoyed the property so much."

  It is fitted and decorated to a very high standard. It's location in the bay is ideal, with only a ten minute walk to the beach. At one point during our stay we had no hot water, so we called the telephone number provided. The staff were excellent ant it was sorted really quickly with no further issues. Would definitely book again.

• "This property is perfect in every way."

  Its proximity to lovely beaches and restaurants makes it a great place to stay in Treaddur Bay. It was lovely returning to such a comfortable house after a day out. Everything in the house is of excellent quality and there is plenty of space with three good sized bedrooms. The views from the top floor bedroom of the sea are amazing.

• "Wow, what a lovely holiday home!"

  Incredibly clean and comfortable, well stocked and in the perfect location - literally a 5 minute walk to the sea. Easy walking distance into Trearddur too. We loved it so much here we have booked again for next summer and we can't wait to come back! Building work really not a problem as houses are almost completed so this didn't impact our stay at all. The house is really roomy and light and very warm! The welcoming touches were really appreciated too.

• "Brilliant property for us 2 couples, GF Bedroom and 2nd Floor Bedroom plus Bathrooms were ideal, giving a bit of privacy, and the 1st Floor Lounge and Kitchen were superbly fitted out."

  The underfloor heating is a bit Marmite, the house is super insulated and very warm, so the thermostats needed to be constantly monitored and the various zones, switched off to avoid us all getting too hot. Bearing in mind this was March and quite cold, we were actually sweltering at times, I can imagine it needs no heating at all in the Summer months! Great location for Trearddur Bay itself too and also for all areas of Anglesey, we got about quite a bit, and it was a lovely welcoming property to get back to.

• "Wish people would be honest and tell you …next to a building site ."

  Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you feel the adjacent buildings works disturbed the enjoyment of your stay. This is the first such comment we have had in this regard. You are quite correct, the house is part of an ongoing development and there are 4 houses near to ours that are in various stages of completion (2 largely finished, 2 in an advanced state). As a result, there are some construction vehicles that pass by the front of the property during the working week (not weekends). We would say that the developer carrying out the works are sensitive to the needs to those in the immediate locality and our own experience when we stay is that the disruption/noise is quite minimal. We do in fact mention in the property details that “building works are currently taking place to finish the new development”. Once again, we regret that your stay was not to your satisfaction. • "An extremely comfortable and pleasurable stay in a brand new town house."

  Very well equipped kitchen, together with a modern high tech bathroom and shower room. A very high standard of comfort and cleanliness throughout the property. Would not hesitate to return and recommend the property to family/friends. Great location just a few minutes walk into the village and beach. Just lovely!!!

• "Great little house, everything is brand new, very clean and well presented."

  Location is ideal for touring the island and for coastal walks. Very good pubs/restaurants in Treaddur Bay. One small design flaw - the large dinner plates are too big for the microwave.
