  • "A property which we would definitely consider revisiting."

Cleanliness and facilities are exceptional. Regarding comfort this property has everything you are likely to need and more. The bed we slept on was much firmer than we are used to but we still had a good night's sleep. Sofas are so soft you just sink into them. As we are of the slightly older generation we did find it a little harder to get up from them.Location of property is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and Anglesey. To reach the Marina it is much easier if you turn left out of the property as the incline is more gradual. Overall a really beautiful property, would love to visit in the summer months. A credit to the owners as they have obviously tried to consider everyone's needs and have definitely exceeded these.

Views from the balcony over the Menai are wonderful. Home is very well equipped. Marina is a short walk away with pubs and cafe’s. Great location to easily explore Snodonia park and Anglesey. Would book again.

Easy access to Anglesey and Snowdonia. Very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. We would stay here again. Good food in the pub with views across the Menai Straits, advised to book. I don't recommend the Chinese takeaway in the village.

  • "Excellent holiday home!"

Extremely comfortable, clean and well thought out accommodation. Views of Anglesey from the lounge window and balcony. One king sized bed and two doubles. Two bedrooms on ground floor with bathroom and one bedroom in the attic, accessed via a spiral staircase, with a shower room. Beds and bed linen all good quality and there are extra blankets provided. One of the best holiday homes I’ve stayed in! The house is situated on a very private and well tended housing estate with big expanses of lawns. Cars are parked away from the properties but very close to the accommodation. A short walk to the historic port Dinorwic now a sailing marina. Beautiful views across the Menai Straits. I would highly recommend this holiday property!

  • "Very well equipped and clean property in a great location, ideally placed to explore both Snowdonia and Anglesey."

The marina estate itself was very quiet and pleasant with a few local amenities close by and a large supermarket a short drive away. Small extras like the milk in the fridge, biscuits, dishwasher tablets and kitchen foil/cling film etc. went a long way to making life easier on arrival. All round a great property, would consider visiting again!

Echo all other positive reviews, this is a gem of a find. The marina is so peaceful and immaculately kept. It is perfectly positioned for so many attractions and beautiful walks. The house itself has everything you could possibly need. We travelled with an 8 & 6 year old and they loved it too. We'll be back!

If we had wet weather a tumble dryer would have been great. House in a great location for days on the hills, easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. If walking from the house along the Coastal Path would recommend the path towards Bangor lovely forestry with views of Menai Straits. Would recommend the house, just not impressed with Sykes service

The living area on the first floor had everything we needed and it was of a high standard. The smart TV was a nice surprise. The local walks along the Straits and around the Marina are accessible from the property, and plenty of places to visit within a short drive. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to return. Many thanks to the owners.

  • "We had a great holiday and found the property was well kept and just what we wanted."

We are used to a shower, rather than a shower over bath (we didn't use the upstairs suite) but apart from that it was pretty much ideal. There was some noise through the walls from neighbours due to kids running up and down stairs, but it didn't reduce our enjoyment. The property is on a very nice private estate ideally placed for Anglesey, the Snowdon area and some of the LLeyn peninsular. A newer Smart TV might be useful on rainy days, but again this didn't reduce our enjoyment. We would certainly visit again and/or recommend the property to other holiday makers.

The property was extremely well equipped, very comfortable and was in the perfect location to explore North Wales. We would love to return one day. Only negative would be that due to rules of estate washing has to be dried indoors so visitors need to be aware of this.

It was convenient to so many places including Caernarfon, Anglesey, Bangor, Llanberis. Tesco Extra less than 5 minutes by car was great. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook many nights. The children appreciated the use of the body board from the cupboard when we visited the many beaches close by. We would definitely recommend this place to a family of 4-6.

  • "Lovely place in good location ideal for two couples or a family."

The ‘mezzanine’ bedroom on the top floor is very comfortable but unfortunately the open staircase means that any noise from the floor below e.g. television or boiling the kettle is heard. The house has everything you would need, all carefully planned - plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. We would definitely return to this lovely spot of Wales.

  • "Accommodation is lovely."

It has everything you need. Very comfortable, clean and bright. Quiet and we'll maintained housing area. You can enjoy your morning coffee outside in the sun. The balcony is ideal for the afternoon/evening sun. Great central location for exploring the area - Anglesey, Snowdonia and Lleyn Peninsular all a short distance away. The pretty little port is more of a residential area, with only a couple of places to eat or drink. (Access to the beach is a challenge) We would highly recommend staying here. (A note for the agents: a later check out would have been preferred, particularly as we had to do the bed linen and cleaning)

The view from the balcony on to the the grounds and including seeing the Menai straits was a dream. the closeness to local restaurant pub the," Guarrdian" ??, by the mainland side of the menai straits had steaks and sea food to die for and the closeness to Caenarvon, ( 5 miles ) and Anglesey even closer made it a perfect location which was mainly quite. Good value and a lovely cosy home. On longer stays one could book a ferry to Ireland from Holyhead.
