  • "The standard of this property is excellent."

All fixtures and fittings are of a high quality. It has everything you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay. Underfloor heating is superb. Beds are comfy and the on suites are spacious. Large showers with dual head sprays. You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you for your very pleasant remarks. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay in our Cottage. With thanks, Geoff & Sherry Spinks. Property Owner

  • "Lovely modern property."

A standard lamp in lounge would be best instead of having to use spot lights. Perhaps a little more cutlery. Overall a good place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. After reading your review, we have gone out and bought a standard lamp for the lounge and it is now in place for future guests. We have also provided more cutlery. We welcome helpful comments and always strive to satisfy our guests. Property Owner

  • "This is a beautifully kept house - immaculate & very newly built."

In reality it’s even better than the photos. Very high specification - lovely furniture & comfortable beds. We were really happy with everything & Geoff & Sherry were such lovely owners. We would love to stay again as it’s very well located to visit so many places which we would like to do next time. It’s very hard to find fault with anything - maybe the bath towel could have been a little bigger & slightly more absorbent but that’s the only thing. We left our IPad plug & lead behind & this was sent to us the very next day by first class post. You can’t get a better service than this.We were extremely grateful. How kind of them to do that. It’s worth noting that there is now a beautiful baby highchair & travel cot in the property which has recently been added. Highly recommended & thank you again.

Thank you so much for your very positive feedback. We appreciate your kind remarks and would like to say we have had some lovely people stay in our Holiday Cottage for which we are very grateful. Many thanks. Property Owner

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. We also met the owners and they were very accommodating and could not do enough for us. The house was very well equipped and we would certainly consider staying here again.

  • "A beautiful new house with all the mod cons, nestling in the middle of a charming village with pubs and restaurants in close proximity."

This makes the house an ideal place from which to explore the area. The house is in its early stages of being a holiday let so, hoping to be constructive, we felt there was insufficient window ventilation in the bedrooms, instead depending on the skylights in the ensuites which automatically close themselves if it rains. A little more information regarding rubbish and recycling would also be helpful. Otherwise we couldn't fault it. Thank you.

Thank you for your nice comments. We have considered having ceiling fans installed for Summer use and think that is a good option. We will act on this suggestion. We take on board your comments about rubbish and recycling and will act on this. Property Owner

Very nice accommodations and a very friendly host. We felt right at home.

We enjoyed welcoming you all to the UK and our holiday cottage. It was a big surprise that your relative in the village had been a ‘ PAPER GIRL’ for us when we ran a shop in the village. What a great feeling to be a part of your visit. Thank you all. Property Owner

  • "Overall the Property was very Good , Downstairs the kitchen was well equipped and the main sitting room was great ."

For a new build I found the upstairs ceilings low. I had to keep minding my head .When you come out of the Shower and getting in and out of bed . It was also very overlooked , but it was well placed for visits to Ely and Cambridge

Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to hear about the issues in the shower and bedroom with the sloping ceilings. We have now added a little note just to make future guests aware of this. Kind regards. Property Owner
