Having our own parking was definitely a bonus. The owner had just changed the bed and the duvet didn’t fit. This has now been replaced for which we were grateful. The apartment is definitely a good base and we would recommend it.

"The bath had bits of tissue paper as if it had been wiped round with toilet paper leaving bits behind."
The matress needs replacing as it has 'roll together' qualities! Woke up with back aching each morning. However the flat is amazingly situated and with parking, and we would certainly use it again if we return to Chester

"The flat was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Chester Cross, and 1 minute to the walls, but exceptionally quiet."
The flat had everything we needed and top of the range appliances, an abundance of crockery, pots and pans and silverware. Rebecca and David were great hosts we had a minor problem with the heating but they had a manufacturer’s representative called in to repair which was great, they ensured we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to any couple looking to stay in Chester

"This was our third stay at Flat 4b."
We liked the location and it's proximity to Chester City centre. We also liked the ease with which we could drive out to North Wales and the various attractions in the wider Cheshire area. The flat itself is a very comfortable apartment with every concievable item that you would need on your holiday. We will, hopefully, have many more stays in this wonderful apartment.

"Gorgeous property with everything we needed and then some (welcome drink & treats, complimentary bathrobes, even wash tablets in case we needed to do any laundry!"
) Literally a 10 minute walk from the city centre, perfect location and plenty to do in Chester without us needing to travel (we stayed for 3 nights and the car didn't move!) Cathedral visit is a must, walls walk, Grosvenor park... and lots of lovely shops in the town too. Cheshire Oaks designer village was well worth the day out on our way home, so close to the apartment, as well and such a fantastic shopping outlet. We can't wait to return next year, thank you Rebecca

Where it is is so quiet but you are two minutes away from the centre. The whole place was spotless and so comfortable with a lovley big bed. We would definitley reccommend and we will come again. The owner was realy nice and left chocolates, prosseco etc Thank you we had a lovley week.

Central location in Chester for all the major tourist attractions and city wall. 20 mins to train station for Liverpool. Small outside seating area which is overlooked by adjacent girls school. We would definitely recommend this property for visiting Chester and surrounding area.
