"Positives Amazing property."
Brilliant location. Nice that you are so close to Chester and to the retail park. Very warm house. Negatives. Beds weren’t that comfortable. Creaked every time you moved. Also you can hear everything from the upstairs flat.

This is a little gem - it feels like it it sin the middle of nowhere, but 5 minutes down the road is a retail park with lots of shopping options, including Tesco, Aldi and M&S food hall, as well as non-food outlets. The property was extremely well equipped - all bed linen and towels, toilet rolls, everything needed to wash up and everything you could need in the kitchen, including all instructions for appliances. There were games in the living room cupboard and in the hallway cupboard was a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron and a fan (which was very welcome). Lots of leaflets about places to visit which were helpful. Chester city is an easy 15 minute drive away and Grosvenor multi-storey is a great central place to park (£7.80 for upto 4 hours and £10 for the day). The only reasons I have given it 4 stars is I didn't find the mattress in the double room particularly comfortable but I think it was an Ikea mattress and I have never got on with those and as we were in the ground floor flat, you could hear people moving about in the upstairs flat - I was very glad the upstairs flat didn't have children with them because I would imagine that could be quite noisy if they were running about.

A great place to take dogs. The kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom was lovely and spacious. The beds in both bedrooms were a bit too low for me, and hard. The lounge was well used. But we found we could have done with another chair as the sofas were on the smallish side . Are family consisted of 3 adults. The Bara brith and shortbread were very welcome.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely basket of goodies on arrival. A nice enclosed garden for our dog to enjoy and have a run around and woof at their dog. An ideal location, well off the road and close to a good shopping centre. Easy reach for Chester and North Wales.

The flat is very comfortable and well equipped. I would have found a small vegetable knife useful and maybe an extra empty wall cupboard to put my own groceries in, but l managed using one of the deep kitchen drawers without any problem. The owner made us feel very welcome and we are already looking at dates for our next visit. Thoroughly recommend a visit to Wells House Farm.

"The flat was very clean and there pictures don do it justice lovely little flat and very spacious and equipped all major items right down to hair dryer only whinge I have is storage space my preference only would be to add a few more cupboards very close to retail park where you can purchase all your needs from food to shopping has a couple of fast food restaurants ie Mcdonalds and burger bar can’t remember name 1 pub down the road 2 miles ish didn’t really look for others overall would I book again ?"

Very clean and tidy and comfortable. The welcome hamper and milk in the fridge was a very nice touch as were the games in the cupboard under the TV and the little desk with the craft activities. My you get loved these, we used quite slot so left a new glue stick and pad of paper to make up for some of what she'd used.

The flat was very well equipped and was very comfortable. It was in a great location with a bus stop at the end of the road to take you to Chester. The owners had put together a detailed information pack of the best places to visit so we enjoyed days out in various places in north Wales and also in Chester and Liverpool. It is located near a golf driving range and great retail park with a large Tesco and cinema complex.

We were mentally prepared for some noise from the nearest small airport as was written in the end of flat advertisement , but unfortunately was so beautiful and peaceful in the garden . It was immaculately clean with thought put in to keep it covid secure. It was a good size apartment for a family of 4 with a small dog, in an ideal location to discover the North Welsh coast as well as Chester and surrounding areas. Having a retail park so close with cinema was ideal for bored teenagers whilst we travelled further afield. The rooms were simply furnished ideal for a puppy that chews everything. We had to keep him on lead in the small garden as it was only a simple fence. There was also access to the farmer's field if he needed more space to explore. Definitely would recommend as an ideal base to explore the area. Easy to find, right next to the airbus factory, although this did not bother us at all. We kept missing the big transporter aeroplane's daily flight which we actually wanted to see close up. 5* stay for us.

The apartment is far more roomy than the photo's look. There was some lovely little extra's; tea loaf, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up equipment provided, there was a desk full for activities for children (although we did not need it) and very clean. Great value for money, a nice base to relax and travel to Chester, the Beach etc. Would definitely stay again :-)

The owners were very hospitable. The apartment is in a great place and near chester etc. We just had a problem with the guests upstairs with children who were very noisy , especially late at night and early morning. It was Not just normal noise from kids which is acceptable I understand children need to play ,it was constant noise and banging. The owners did talk to them in flat 2 and did there best to resolve the problem, which was appreciated

A great location, close to amenities although enough green space around. Great for visiting Chester and North Wales. Well equipped, only downside is the hand held shower. It could really do with a proper shower, even being very careful, we could not help but get the floor splashed, we did mop up immediately but they may find the flooring will not last long.

Also a towel rail in the bathroom would be helpful. Other than that our host's had thought of everything and the flat was very well equipped, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
