• "We had a wonderful stay at this charming holiday home by the sea!"

  The property was spotless, with every corner thoughtfully cleaned and well-maintained. The interiors were beautifully appointed, with modern touches and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Lots of space for 3 couples a toddler and a dog, we even had a spare bedroom for extra storage etc.The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea!

• "We had a lovely stay at the Beach Haven to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday."

  The house was lovely with everything that you need. The house is a short walk down the hill to the town and beach which was ideal to walk the dogs We will definitely return.

• "Stunning property with bonus of off road parking."

  Spotlessly clean , the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen , lovely sea view . It’s the 2nd time staying here and we look forward to our 3rd stay . Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends .

• "Beach Haven is a beautiful property and really well equipped from plenty of utensils, tea and coffee to boardgames!"

  The little touches really made our stay. We enjoyed a barbecue on one of the days. The beach is a 10 min walk downhill, about 20 back up the hill with a pushchair but very manageable. There are pubs, restaurants, shops all located in Perranporth and it’s located almost perfectly in between Padstow and St Ives which meant we could explore Cornwall without a great commute. I would love to stay here again and would recommend Beach Haven as a lovely home from home experience. Our dog loved it too ☺️

There is much to explore in Cornwall, and you are right, Perranporth is a fantastic location in order to do this. We say within 45 minutes you can almost get anywhere, with Lands End and slightly further away attractions within an hour. • "A great property for a family holiday."

  Just be aware it is a a 10 minute walk up and down a fairly steep hill to/from the beach. This may need lots of carries for small children! We had no problem parking two cars (saloon and hatchback) on the property-off the road/pavement. The host was helpful and communicated well. The standard of the accommodation’s interior is fantastic.

• "We very much enjoyed our stay at The Beach Haven."

  A lovely house, very clean and comfortable with good facilities. Spacious upstairs kitchen, dining room and living area. Two balconies, the one overlooking the garden a sun trap whilst we were there. Well placed in Perranporth with a sea view from sitting room. Description very accurate and tea, coffee and biscuits left for our arrival were very welcome. The owner contacted me before our holiday, providing more information, and a contact number for problems, which was a lovely touch. Perranporth is a good spot, excellent beach and convenient to visit many other areas and tourist attractions in Cornwall. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good, though upstairs one (and the shower) a bit small. All in all would definitely recommend. We were sorry the stay wasn’t longer!

  It is in the perfect location to walk to the beach and shops at Perranporth. The house is exactly as described and did not disappoint. The owner very kindly gets in touch before you arrive and again before you leave. Would definitely book to stay again.

• "We had the most wonderful stay at Beach Haven."

  Super comfortable & really attentive host. Great communication. The heating had a bit of a wobble and stopped working downstairs, but an engineer was called and it was worked on. The pub down the road served incredible food, highly recommend the traditional local, The Bolingey Inn. It was so lovely to have a sea view, in any weather was such a lovely sight. Facilities and kitchen equipment were brilliant, I’ve never been anywhere with such an amazing amount of plates, glasses, mugs & cutlery, this was such a refreshing change. Great to have a drinks cooler too. One thing I did miss when I did the washing though was a tumble dryer to fluff the towels up when we did our few washes during the week. Especially as there were a lot of us doing washing, this would be a great addition. There wasn’t enough space on the airer for us all or radiator places to hang things either. The vacuum could do with a freshen/clean up, as that smelt quiet doggy when we used it to clean up during the week. We needed to hoover most days as we were a big party. We would

• "The Beach Haven was a fantastic property to stay over the New Year with family & friends."

  Clean, contemporary & a super space to relax & enjoy with your loved ones. The projector cinema screen was a real hit with the kids & the balconies either side in the dining area were a treat giving lots of light and Sea views! The property owners check in information was really helpful, and they were always on hand if you had any questions! We would definitely return to Beach Haven. Thank you for having us.

• "Just back from a week stay at Beach Haven with all the family."

  This place is amazing, clean, tidy, light and airy with plenty of space for us all. It has all the equipment and utensils we could wish for and more. They also have a handy book with how to use everything including the built in coffee machine which everyone loved! Even our dogs had biscuits left on arrival and dog towels provided! The owner Alice was lovely and advised us on arrival and departure details needed. The only bad part was coming home! We shall return!

• "Property well equipped plenty of room for all occupants, good facilities and a comfy bed ."

  Plenty of shower/bathrooms to cater for everyone. Good communication with owner prior to arrival of stay. Only downside think a better hover required as the one provided not adequate so carpets felt a little dirty not picking up properly. But all in all a nice relaxing and comfortable stay, we have booked again for next year.

• "When we arrived at Beach Haven, the heating was already on which was very welcoming."

  The house was very modern and ideally placed for access to the local amenities. The day before our holiday, the house owner forwarded us detailed instructions on how to use certain applications within the house, the was very helpful and thoughtful. We will definitely use this property again if we return to Perranporth.

• "Lovely house, great location."

  Well equipped kitchen with everything you may need. We will definitely return. Cleanliness is marked down one just due to all the dust on the lampshades above dining table. Due to the colour that was really noticeable but other than this it was clean.
