  • "Absolutely loved the property, was perfect for a family getaway."

The posting on your site states that the property is approx a mile walk to the nearest pub, this is not so. You need to drive anywhere you go. I would also recommend better signposting on the road to the property. As we travelled in the dark and the lane off to the property had no clear signage. It took a couple of attempts to find. That aside, we all totally loved it.

Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback. We are so glad that you loved the property and have a lovely holiday with your family. As we don't own the fields on the road to the property, we aren't able to put up any signs. We do provide What3Words which should help you to find the property and if you should have any difficulties, you can of course contact us and we would be happy to help you. We do hope that this wouldn't deter you from coming to stay at the property on a future date. Property Owner

  • "Lovely property although there was a building site next door that woke us up a few times during our stay, would’ve been courteous to be warned in advance there was work going on."

Also the hot water temperature at the property was extremely high, from a safety point of view if you’ve got young children they could quite easily scold themselves. I don’t know if we weren’t looking in the right place but we couldn’t find any oven gloves. Apart from these few issues we had a great week.

  • "We had the most wonderful time."

The house was superbly appointed and although there were 9 of us there was plenty of space. The hot tub was amazing as was the surrounding countryside including lots of Deer which would appear each evening. Chris was really helpful - especially when we left a child’s nighttime cuddle toy behind. He found it and popped it straight in the post. Drama avoided!

  • "Absolutely beautiful farmhouse!"

A fantastic size for us all (3 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 babies), including activities to keep the older ones busy with the hot tub, pool and darts as well as rounders in the large garden to the rear. We had such a great time over the last week down in Cornwall and this was the prefect base to explore from. Chris was also hugely helpful with anything we needed during our stay, thank you

  • "Stunning rural property, equipped with home comforts and exceptionally clean."

Husband loved the coffee machine! Games room was a bonus!! Beds were extremally comfortable, and most welcoming after a long day exploring Cornwall. Property ideally positioned for visiting local attractions. We particularly enjoyed watching the stags whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you to the owners who had supplied a beautiful welcome pack...much appreciated after such a long drive. Our dog enjoyed her goodies too!!
