Park up on the off-road parking space before making your way through the grey door into the porch; kick off your boots and explore your home-from-home.
Discover the sitting room, here you can gather to watch a film on the Smart TV as the woodburning stove crackles in the background.
If you want some peace and quiet, head into the snug room to curl up on the chair with a much-loved book as the woodburner glows in front of you.
Moving through the property, locate the farmhouse-style kitchen/diner, certain to entice budding chefs with its gas range oven and you can enjoy meals together at the dining table.
Patio doors lead you onto the rear garden, with a lawned area and furniture for alfresco dining on warm evenings.
As the air cools, retreat inside and locate the ground-floor bathroom for a warming soak in the tub or rinse off in the overhead shower.
