  • "The property was lovely."

Having a dishwasher and a washing machine was great. We were celebrating my birthday with our adult daughters. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the cocktails (not at the same time obviously!). The site was lovely and the staff at the bar were amazing. The cottage was comfortable and clean. We have booked to go back to the site and would definitely return to Primrose Cottage.

Glad you enjoyed your time in the cottage hopefully see you again soon Property Owner

  • "A wonderful cottage with lots of useful amenities, very clean and tidy."

We had a great stay. The onsite clubhouse had lovely cakes and the staff very helpful and accommodating - (they had a slightly different code for the pool and gym than what is written in the guest book). Lovely to sit in the garden area and relax after a day at the beach. Kayaking at Swanpool was great and the guy running it so helpful. Only idea for improvement would be some blackout lining for the front bedroom as quite bright in the morning, but can’t complain as it was lovely to have sunshine! (I wanted to contact you to apologise if we ruined a saucepan with burnt rice but the app doesn’t give me access to your number and I didn’t take it from the visitors folder - sorry- please contact me to reimburse as required)

Thanks for letting us know about the saucepan that was much appreciated. Saucepan now replaced thanks to your generosity. Glad you enjoyed our cottage and hope you will visit again. Property Owner

  • "The actual house was lovely, the site was so well maintained and we had a great holiday."

However, we were really disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, the floors were so dirty the first thing we had to do upon arriving was sweep and mop the floors, not what you want to do when on holiday! The kitchen also wasn't great, the utensils had dried food on so we had to wash everything before use. Maybe you need a new cleaner!

Hi I am sorry that this was the way you found the cottage and can only apologise. Having seen this review we have arranged for a new cleaner to take over the property with immediate effect. Again can only apologise that you were inconvenienced when you arrived but glad that the rest of your stay was enjoyable Property Owner
