  • "We have stayed in Cornwall many times over the last 25 years or so and nothing has compared to this house."

Literally everything has been thought of. We also received a lovely welcome pack - as did our dog! Everything within the house is good quality and so well kitted out. The beds were comfy and the sheets and towels of super quality also. The house was absolutely spotlessly clean. One thing we found particularly great was the separate downstairs area that our teenage daughter and friend shared. Close to us yet their own space. The area was peaceful and not too far to walk into the town. Bit of a hike back up but we went knowing that's what it'd be. Worked off the pasties! I should also mention that the house is a few minutes' walk out to the coast path with absolutely stunning views. This was great for early/last thing walks with our dog. Easily a 5 star house and service. Missing it already!

I am so happy to know that you have all enjoyed staying at 7 Tom’s Yard. Thank you so much for this lovely review! It will be so helpful to other guests to know the detail you’ve provided about the property and location. The housekeeping team will really appreciate that you commented on the cleanliness of the property, they take great pride in their work. Property Owner

  • "Toms yard was excellent accommodation."

Very well appointed with regards to the town and well equipped. This property also afforded us the ability to bring our dogs which were also catered for. Very dog friendly . The accommodation was attractively furnished. The gift box ( including dog treats) was very thoughtful and welcome We would highly recommend this property

  • "The two flights of stairs will give you a good workout on arrival and departure day."

The split level accommodation worked very well for us, being 2 x carers and 2 x service users. It would have been nice to have easy chairs with high backs, more relaxing. I never did find kitchen knives?! If you catch the bus into town be aware that the 16 does not pickup from the bus station. It's a very stylish property with attention to detail that we have never found anywhere else. As there are 2 kitchens on different levels buy 2 x supplies such as coffee, milk, cooking oil etc as it will drive you mad running up and down the stairs to fetch. On the whole we liked it here.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for commenting that it is a stylish property, appreciating the attention to detail. I’m glad you liked staying at 7 Tom’s Yard. And now to answer the, ‘mystery of the missing kitchen knives ...’ , for child safety purposes they are stored in a separate kitchen drawer that has an optional use child lock - unlocked by default. Im sorry you didn’t find them, there are a lot of drawers so quite easy to miss. Property Owner

  • "My family have just spent the week here."

What can I say it’s perfect. The whole accommodation inside and out was amazing and spacious. The outside space lower and upper deck is fantastic. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy, the 2 kitchens are well equipped. The bathrooms are spotless. The owners have thought of everything for the family. Board games, books, picnic sets wind breakers and beach mats. I don’t think they have forgotten anything including dishwasher and laundry tablets. The welcome pack was amazing. It truly is an outstanding place to stay. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be rebooking in the future.

Thank you for your lovely feedback and high recommendation. It means a lot to us to know that you and your family have enjoyed staying at 7 Tom’s Yard. We hope you and your family will stay with us again soon. Property Owner
