  • "The property was lovely, managed to get free parking out the back with no problems."

The square was a bit intimidating at night, some people sat around in groups. Once in though it was great. The rooms were hot, we used the supplied fan.

  • "Yes, it's a noisy neighborhood."

I read the reviews though and brought earplugs. Aside from that, it was a decent stay, considering the lower cost. The sun beats into those windows though, making the flat heat up quickly.

  • "Lovely two bed flat, very clean and modern."

Located centrally in the town with all the main shops and eateries on your doorstop. Three flats at site but only two parking spaces so a bit of a gamble getting the free parking however, a five minute walk for Council parking at £2.80 for 24hrs which is very good value. Slight downfall is it can be a bit noisy at night as the market square is situated in front of the flat. Very central to all key travel locations so would stay again. Facilities on-call at all times if anything goes wrong.

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We are currently in the process of fitting signs in the car park, as three cars should fit if the car park if used efficiently. Although agree that the council parking charges are reasonable. All the best! Property Owner

  • "Myself and my daughter stayed at this apartment last week."

Although the apartment is lovely, the location is anything but. We arrived Friday, at first couldn't get in, eventually got the front door to work, we were nervous as the area outside the flat had drunks, youths around most of the day and night, shouting, drinking, swearing, smoking pot, we felt really uncomfortable and still do, every time we go out or come back, we were not able to go out at night for a meal due to this, as felt uncomfortable. Also Saturday and Sunday night a local pub had live music from early afternoon till 11, really loud, then people leaving coming this way drunk, fighting and screaming. The main entrance door wasn't locking at first, that was fixed quickly, but the door really slams and makes a hell of a racket waking us, getting to sleep at night is hard with all the shouting, fighting and screaming outside, cars, bikes revving, you can hear everything. Although windows are double glazed. Just think it's not a great place for women on their own! Pity as the flat is lovely

Thank you for your feedback. We are desperately sorry to hear you experienced these issues. Unfortunately much of these are external factors out of the owner's control. We will look at installing a soft closer to the door. Property Owner

  • "The flat itself was clean and well equipped however there was a lack of parking behind the flat (which was also full of broken glass and litter)."

The main issue with the property is the noise from the square outside with crowds of kids drinking and and shouting until the early hours of the morning every night of our stay.

We would first like to thank you for your stay with us and your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the accommodation. Regarding the location, as owners we have done our best to provide information before booking this unit. The flat is located within the centre of Camborne and therefore some noise would be expected. Although we are sad to hear that this has affected the quality of your stay. We are unable to control the litter and glass left in the car park. But we will ensure to monitor the areas going forward, so that the area is clear for the safety of our guests. We wish you all the best and hope you stay with us again. Best Wishes. Property Owner

  • "Just as advertised, a home away from home."

Very pleased with the setup, cleanliness and facilities. Everything was straightforward. Central with good links. Little noisy in the square at night but that's to be expected. Overall I highly recommend.

We would like to thank you for staying with us and hope you enjoyed your time in Camborne. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback and hope to see you again soon :) Best Wishes. Property Owner
