• "Parking. 2 spaces 3 flats the poor workers that share the car park yes there is a public car park about five mins away and the dining chairs are definitely more comfy than the rock hard sofa Flat was a nice size but as people have said before it noisy at night but you are in the centre of town"

• "Very clean and well maintained, beds very comfy overall we were very happy only negative was uncomfortable sofa and only 3 cereal bowls."

  So all in all a pleasant stay. We certainly would recommend but please change the sofa.

• "There was no where to park the car, the overflow car park was none existent, it had building work on it."

  We had to park in a public car park overnight.The flat sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The outside was very noisy, all throughout the night and early hours in the morning. The directions to get to the flat were impossible to follow as they weren’t correct. The town was not very pleasant very run down and felt unsafe.

• "Lovely clean and spacious."

  Had everything we needed. Nice extras included. The finishing touches made us happy. We really enjoyed staying here. You can see time and care has gone into making this place cosy and comfortable.

• "Great location both within the town & for day trips around Cornwall."

  Very noisy at night & early hours of the morning due to nightlife & deliveries to local businesses. Facilities good but need a tray or similar so people can use the oven / grill.

Whilst the location is very central and close to an abundance of local friendly cafes and shops, there is a higher level of noise, in comparison with some of our less central apartments. • "Easiest review ever."

  Excellent value for money. Nicole provided an excellent service, with prompt communication, when needed. Lovely clean apartment, bed was more comfortable then other hotels in the area. Slept well and the flat was so quiet despite central location. A lovely welcome pack with snacks and toiletries was also provided which was a lovely touch. Only recommendations would be for a dressing gown, and additional kitchen utensils, but not essential. We had an issue with parking as a van parked across two spaces into ours and then a note ended up on our car about it, however I'm sure if I told Nicole about it she would have sorted it out and it would not stop us from staying there again. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others, you will not be disappointed.

We do understand that being with in a small town parking can be a little difficult even with our allocated spaces. We have an over flow carpark just yards down the lane for times when this can cause a problem. We do hope to see you again soon. All the best Property Owner
