• "This is the third time we've stayed at this property and with good reason."

  It's a lovely place in a great location with views over the bay. The property itself is well maintained and really well equipped. On arrival it was spotlessly clean. Spending the evenings sat in the lounge watching TV with great views over towards St Ives is hard to beat. A short walk and you are on the beach plus an easy walk into St Ives should you wish. A lovely property.

• "This is our second stay at the property."

  It is well furnished with just about everything you need for a stay, the views over Carbis Bay are superb. Many hours sat looking out over the bay from the window seat plus from the communal garden. Access to the beach is excellent and just a few minutes away. This property is well maintained and a credit to the owners, who clearly take some pride in the place. On arrival it was spotlessly clean and everything was as described. A great apartment.

• "A wonderful week’s stay in a spacious, very clean and well kept apartment."

  The kitchen was very well equipped for eating in and the local area had several great places to eat, some of which are part of The Carbis Bay Estate. The views are breathtaking from a large window area in the lounge and show the beauty of Carbis Bay (5 min walk downhill) and St Ives (25 min costal walk). I would certainly recommend this property, and look forward to returning back in the future!

• "This is a lovely apartment with an outstanding view of Carbis Bay beach."

  The apartment itself was well laid out with all that you require for a holiday. It was clean and well presented with some nice touches. The window seat in lounge afforded a fantastic view of the bay and we spent ages just watching the world go by in Carbis Bay and St Ives in the distance. Would definitely recommend this place.

• "We had such a wonderful week at Rosevear ,accommodation was as described ,the views absolutely stunning as were the sunsets ."

  The only down side was the appearance of scaffolding on the Thursday but this was quickly addressed ,could not fault Carbis Bay Holidays .We will be back

• "Brilliant, well equipped and very comfortable apartment with magnificent views."

  The light and colours of the sea were amazing to watch. Well situated for walks from the door as we travelled by train so very handy for the train station. Enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing fortnight with a few trips into St Ives by train, but so glad to come back to Carbis Bay! Good exercise walking down to the beach and back! Lovely to be able to sit in the garden to enjoy the views and watch the world go by. Would love to come again! Thank you so much.

  The little extra touches really make this place special. We struggled for a couple day with the TV but help from Harry at CBH office it was sorted, no problem it was just us not using it right! The garden is a sun trap with lovely views.

  ...what a lovely lady! So now onto the accommodation - WOW..WOW...WOW....! Everything you needed was there and plenty of it! Our cream tea in the fridge was a lovely surprise along with the very helpful and well used pack of leaflets and vouchers. The owners have thought of everything, and I must say for every age group. We had my 87 year old mother with us and we all said the same - it's the best accommodation we've used and of course, the added benefit of those view to die for!" Wendy Lucas
