• "If I'd known you providing welcome gifts I would have perhaps made mention of my non drinking, no gluten, no diary needs."

  Mother enjoyed the biscuits, chocolate and prosecco , and the apple juice was very nice, thank you. An over abundance of marvels around every corner ! A very good selection of cookware, it was quite a joy to use the kitchen. The beds were super comfy, loved the top sheet ! So few places use them these days. The telescope was a fun way to waste a few minutes, hours, from time to time, and Netflix was much appreciated. We didn't get as far as the PS4 but the boardgames were welcome. The balcony seats, with those super soft cushions was a delight, we ate out on it a couple of tones, and when it got a bit chilly we Popped ot inside just by the doors to get the best of both. All in all one of the best places we've stayed.

• "Eleanora was a beautiful apartment, kitted out as though it was actually our home."

  We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and the sea views were spectacular. The apartment was spotlessly clean, so hats off to the owners for facilities and housekeeper for cleaning everything so immaculately. Incredibly comfortable beds and linen, bath towels of excellent quality. Carbis Bay beach is just 5-10 mins walk (down quite a steep hill for those with disabilities or less able to walk - does have a car park £20 per day) which is a lovely and clean, dog free beach. St Ives a short train ride away for more choice of restaurants and beaches for a change of scenery. Again beaches seem to be no dogs allowed, which suited us as a family with young children. Watch out for the hungry sea gulls if you get fish and chips :) Harbour Cafe and Tala Thai in St Ives two great restaurants. We hope to stay again in Carbis Bay, and would definitely stay in this apartment!

• "Fantastic property, with stunning views."

  The location is ideal, with the beach the train and some restaurants within easy walking decent. The apartment comes stocked with everything a family could need - not once did we go looking for a utensil/household item and fail to find what was needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

• "Had a very enjoyable stay at Elanora."

  Very well equipped. The owners seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need and it was spotless. The views from the lounge and bedroom are spectacular. We enjoyed watching the Euros on the 55" lounge TV. Think it worth pointing out that the fuse tripped in the kitchen. An electrician showed us what to do if it happened again (it did once more). We think it was when we had the kettle and oven on together. This, however, did not spoil our stay and we would highly recommend Elanora.

• "We have stayed here so many times because we absolutely love it."

  Elanora never lets us down, and any support required is always on hand, luckily we will be back in July for a week. Only downside is it’s fully booked for months ahead, but we will be keeping a watch for cancellations!! Thanks to Pam and Chris for the thoughtful gift they left for my sister’s birthday, it was much appreciated.

• "Elanora is absolutely beautiful."

  The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning and it was a joy to sit there and enjoy breakfast, cup of tea, aperitifs etc. The little touches just added to the experience. For example, the welcome pack, plenty of dish washer tablets & coffee pods. Even beach towels were provided. Great location too! We can’t praise the apartment enough. It was just stunning. Would love to return.

  The apartments amenities where the best we have ever had, The owners had thought of everything. Loved the utility which included beach chairs, wind breaker & picnic basket. The apartment was spotless and had the most amazing views. The apartment was very spacious for 4 adults. Beds very comfy . The location was superb for the beach and places to eat . It was right near the station so easy to get to st Ives . We were lucky with the weather so spent a lot of days on the gorgeous beach. Which is better than any carribean beach we have visited. We will definitely be returning

• "We stayed at Elanora last year and decided to return as it’s such a wonderful apartment."

  Fully equipped with everything you need and very comfortable furnishings. The views are breathtaking! Great location too - about a 30 minute walk to St Ives if you don’t mind the hills (a lovely scenic walk though) or the train station is a 2 minute walk away and you can be in St Ives within 5 minutes for a £1 train fare. You can access the SW Coastal path from the bottom of the garden. We enjoyed the stunning walk to Lelant and back from here. Highly recommended apartment.

  Everything we could possibly want. Thank you for such detail to needs. Most comfortable. Home from home. We were staying in Carbis Bay for our niece's wedding and using our car for the wedding car. We needed sellotape for the ribbons and of course Elanora saved the day, as according to instructions we wouldn't need sellotape, but did, and Elanora had some. You have also given us ideas for our second lounge revamp!! Spectacular views, beautiful beach. We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much.

  The setting, location and the views were perfect and it was so well appointed. Although we caught the tail end of the stormy weather, I cannot think of a better place to ride it out. The sea views were definitely the highlight. We a regular visitors as I come back to see the family a few times a year. We will definitely be returning. It was a joy to stay here!

  There was everything you could think off, even a Christmas Tree for our Christmas break. Home from home with excellent furnishings and facilities and stunning sea views from the Lounge and Master Bedroom. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning to Elanora.

• "I start by saying that we love Elanora and have stayed there on 4 occasions."

  We have used Carbis Bay Holidays for a number of years, since the joining or forces with Sykes, I have found the Website less user friendly. Our biggest feedback for yourselves is the HUGE price increases. The difference between a 2020 stay and 2022 stay in the same apartment for the same 2 weeks is an increase of 68% (SIXTY EIGHT). This is horrific, even in the current climate. The increase from 2020 to 2021 was high enough but 2022 has priced us out of this accommodation. This is hugely disappointing and upsetting. All this does is alienate your regular customers who will not be hot footing it back to foreign destinations once flight restrictions ease.

  The apartment is beautiful with everything you can think of and more, the little touches making it so special. The views are simply spectacular and if you manage drag yourself away from the veranda, Carbis bay beach is a short walk (down a steep hill). The beach is lovely and clean and family friendly and never felt overcrowded. The train station is a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and the short journey (approx. 4 mins) to the bustling beautiful St Ives is well worth a trip. We did this several times and it was good for going out for dinner in the evening. It is such a stunning part of the country and the location and standard of the apartment is exceptional, I’m sure we’ll be back for a third visit. "
