The house was immaculate however the garden was overgrown in particular the grass which was very long and the shrubs in the front garden

We’re delighted the house was welcoming and clean for you and we hope you had a lovely time in Crantock. We are in the process of a new gardener taking over the maintenance of the garden and apologise for any inconvenience the overgrown grass may have caused; we know it can be annoying. • "This is a stunning accommodation in a perfect location."

The house is beautifully decorated, with everything we could possibly need to make our stay so comfortable. The owner has thought of everything, with a well stocked kitchen, lots of household appliances & a very clean outside area. The hot tub was great to get into at the end of a fun packed day and then relax in the fluffy robes. We will definitely return.

We are so pleased you had a wonderful family holiday Victoria. And thank you so much for your lovely comments. We are always adding things to Driftwood to continue to make it more comfortable for guests. We try and ensure we have lots of crockery, drinking glasses, pots, pans, a decent frying pan and knives that cut!! Plus other little things to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. We look forward to you returning in the near future. Kind regards Jo. Property Owner

Hi Laura, we are so pleased you had a great time! Crantock is a perfect location (we are biased tho ;0)) - no matter the time of year, it has something to offer most people. We invested in our beds as we know it is so important to have a good night sleep when away from home. We'd love to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards Jo. Property Owner

Thanks Karen for your feedback. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and made the most of the house - we've tried hard to make sure we have provided most of what you may need when staying in Driftwood. The water in the hot tub is changed for every new booking and checked mid week as you mentioned. I'm hoping you made the most of it! Thank you for recommending Driftwood. • "The house was absolutely gorgeous with amenities of such a high level, we really enjoyed our stay and the house was in a great area too, short walk to the beach, shop and local pubs."

Our girls enjoyed the hot tub alot also. One slight issue was the curtains in the bedrooms could be blackout as during summer time was very light early morning. Thankyou for a fabulous stay, we will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback; we really appreciate it and so pleased you had a fabulous stay with your family. Thanks for the suggestion on the curtains, this is definitely something we will look to do, in addition to the blinds that are in place already. And we would love to welcome you back :0). • "Amazing location, 10 minute walk to Crantock Beach."

House is decorated lovely and has everything you could need and more. Only issue I’ve had is getting some clothing items back that were left behind in error. It’s been over three weeks since I notified the property management company immediately after our arrival home, constant chasing, voicemails left and I have still not received a phone call or email with the tracking information or the items back. Very disappointing after a lovely week and difficult to keep chasing when you have a newborn baby. If someone could please contact me regarding this it would be appreciated.

We are delighted you enjoyed Driftwood; we’ve tried hard to make sure it has everything most guests and families would like when on holiday. Crantock is a wonderful hidden gem with a lovely village and fantastic beach and we would love to welcome you back in the future. I can only apologise for our housekeeper not getting back to you sooner. I do know there was some confusion on the timescales of returning the items to you that were left behind. Our housekeeper washed and dried your items again and popped them in the post back to you. Please be assured that this is not typical and our housekeeping team always try and go out of their way to assist guests. Property Owner
