The property

Resting barely a few minutes' walk from the UK's ultimate surfing spot, Fistral Beach, is this fabulous ground-floor apartment, Fistral Apres Surf.

Sleeping four guests in two bedrooms, 2 Cribbar not only boasts a fantastic location for beach lovers, it's also home to a large patio garden with a hot tub and plenty of seating for socialising in the sun.

Following a fun day on the shores, head inside the apartment and begin to relax into your evening in the open-plan living space, with two large sofas to lounge on, along with a TV and a selection of books to entertain.

The sleek, modern kitchen houses all the appliances you need for some delicious home-cooking, with a breakfast bar and a dining table and chairs to choose from when it comes to mealtimes.

You'll want to spend all your time in the awesome enclosed patio garden, with a sophisticated permanent gazebo covering the large, bubbling hot tub so you can enjoy it in any weather, alongside bar-style seating for evening drinks, a barbecue which doubles as a logburner as well, and even more seating, it's the perfect addition to a relaxing break to Cornwall.

Catch that much-needed rest for the action-packed days ahead in one of two lovely bedrooms, with a twin room served by the main bathroom, and a double bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room, with the latter offering access to the garden too.

There is a private rear access which takes you directly onto the SW coast path and to the headland.

Located on Cornwall's Atlantic coast, Newquay is renowned for its endless surf, which you can make the most of at Fistral Beach, a large sandy stretch which is family-friendly too, home to a number of surf schools along with other watersports available too, you can experience first class beach and seafront facilities here, alongside restaurants, cafés and surf shops on the seafront.

Backing this iconic beach is Newquay Golf Course boasting stunning sea views from every hole, you're sure to enjoy putting on this green.

Delight in walks along the coast up to Towan Headland, around to Huer's Hut and over to Pentire Headland, all offering a unique viewpoint of this spectacular seaside location.

Newquay has several more beaches including Newquay Harbour Beach, Towan Beach, Great Western Beach, Lusty Glaze Beach and Porth Beach, so there's plenty of options to choose from on a sunny and busy day.

Make sure to visit Newquay's fabulous attractions like Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, Waterworld Leisure Centre, Trenance Gardens and the boating lake.

Embark on walks along the South West Coast Path to the likes of Crantock, Mawgan Porth and Holywell Bay.
