It would have been nice if there was a welcoming pack ready and waiting as a nice cup of tea would have been a joy after a long journey apart from that it is a lovely place to stay easy to get to beach and other places the pub was lovely and to be able to dogs everywhere was lovely would book again

Hi thank you for you review and also for staying with us. Regarding your welcome pack - this is truly bizarre as we leave a welcome pack for every staying guest, and the company who provide this for us, and we trust implicitly, are adamant that is was left for you, and have even sent us receipts from the day of your stay, for milk and some nice fudge from St Agnes that were part of the welcome pack, so it really is strange and we are not really sure what has happened, so I can only apologise for the inconvenience but apart from this we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Gather at the large dining table to enjoy a hearty breakfast whilst planning the upcoming day's events, or perch with a good book and a cup of tea to start your day.

Choose from two well-presented bedrooms, set up as a double and a twin, both of which have a selection of furnishings for storing your personal belongings.

The master bedroom comes with its own en-suite shower room, whilst the remaining bedroom is serviced by the nearby family bathroom, fit with an elegant bath and a shower cubicle housing a rainfall shower.

During the summer months you can look forward to dining alfresco in the communal garden, which has a barbecue provided for you to cook up a delicious feast for the family.

While you're in the area, venture into the centre of St Agnes village, which has a convenience store for picking up all the essentials for an evening meal, along with a handful of pubs and restaurants for those evenings away from the kitchen.

There are a number of lovely sandy beaches, including Perranporth Beach, where you can spend the afternoon sunbathing, swimming or getting involved with Cornwall's favourite sport of surfing.

Venture towards Chapel Porth, where you will find a quaint beach and a small café, famous for its hedgehog ice creams, something bound to get your little ones excited.

Further afield is the charming attraction of Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm, which offers guided tours and you can even sample some of its delicious ice cream flavours.
