  • "A beautiful property in a great position for exploring Cornwall."

The owner, Frank, greeted us on arrival and was on hand with any problems. A really well equipped cottage with lots of homely touches (even made us a lemon drizzle cake!) rooms were spacious and beds comfy. A wood burner in the lounge was easy to use and well stocked with firewood. Highly recommended staying here.

  • "Beautifully converted barn, very spacious and comfortable and with lots of extras provided in the kitchen for convenience."

Lots of space outside for dining and relaxing if the weather is favourable (unfortunately not for us this time). Lovely homebaked lemon cake on arrival and lovely hosts. Thank you Frank and Kay for a very enjoyable stay.

The accommodation is very spacious and very comfortable it has everything you could possibly need and more even down to providing all kitchen cleaning products meaning you don't have to take half your own kitchen with you. It is also well situated for getting to all the tourist places like Padstow St Ives and Polzeth beach etc would definitely recommend. Thank you again Frank & Kay

  • "The Cob Barn was a beautiful property to spend our holiday in."

A real home from home with a touch of class. In honesty the property description on website undersold. The owners provide more than is described, in the little things like the kitchen, this was very well equiped. As was the rest of the property. I would be very happy to return to the Cob barn. Probably will.

Well equipped and furnished. Comfortable beds too. Nice private garden with two areas ideal for sitting out and/or eating. Plenty of hot water for showers too. Perfects hosts.
