  • "We had a lovely time."

Unfortunately due to weather conditions we had wet towels. The towel rails in the bathroom s weren’t working. Maybe a hairdryer would have been useful. Lovely site with all year round pool. Shop on site very restricted but a Tesco shop near by was perfect. The pub on site was good for meals and handy. We also used the local train station to go into Plymouth. The donkey park was nice. The children s park on site had no swings for the younger children. All in all we had a good holiday.

  • "Perfect, I want to live here, clean, comfortable and spacious, comfy beds, fabulous kitchen with everything you could need, peaceful, great WiFi and TV channels, nothing we could fault, 6 adults sharing we had the most relaxing time."

Surprised at how homely and welcoming it was properties like this are usually very basic but this is a real home from home. Superb, we hope to return.

  • "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again!"

Couldn't get the tin opener to work and a couple of the single mattresses could do with replacing - would probably be fine for kids but we could feel the springs. Otherwise it was a perfect! Loved the jukebox. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Sofas were comfortable. Nice and clean. Fab location. Would recommend visiting Looe. Thank you!

  • "Lovely property, however we had trouble with the Internet not working, but found a sim card was inserted the wrong way."

Brilliant after this. Also there were no cooking trays or roasting dish. Apart from that, it was great

  • "Very clean and comfortable beds."

A beautiful view right from the living room windows over the Tamar valley makes you feel like you’re on holiday. It was beautiful with a low lying mist in the mornings. The property does have a highchair (great condition) and travel cot ( not v good condition) and we bought ours which was a shame as the car was bursting and we could have left it at home. The lodge is very warm. The heating was set on a timer we couldn’t find and went off in the eve. We would have liked to sit up late with the heating on low. It was warm in bed though. Shower needs some attention. And not strong pressure. Couldn’t wash my hair in it. We will definitely come back. Pub on site not very clean or welcoming. Indoor pool was fun.

  • "Four adults and three children shared the property for a few days whilst visiting relatives in Cornwall."

The house has all you need for a short stay. Rear window/garden views are spectacular. Everyone staying at the house gave it 5 stars. Although we didn’t have time to visit, the holiday home park has a bar/restaurant and other facilities (some seasonal) for the family. No negatives at all. We will stay again.

  • "A wonderful stay, very clean and great facilities."

A minor point is that we were informed that a highchair and cot are not provided - so we brought our own, only to find that the property does have those items. Could you inform future residents of this. But overall we had a fabulous time, thankyou
