This lovely Dutch-built cottage is set on a peaceful holiday park amidst the idyllic, shaded woodland near Saltash in South Cornwall.

The property boasts wide, spacious living areas and is positioned perfectly in a tranquil setting for a relaxing family holiday in the Cornish countryside.

Presented all on the ground floor, this characterful cottage is ideal for those who enjoy on-site activities combined with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Cornwall and Devon.

With a cosy welcome as you step into the open-plan living room, behold the hospitable dining area and decorative fireplace featured on the wall with exposed brickwork.

Glide on round to the conservatory which offers another dining table, giving you the choice as to where you can enjoy your evening feast.

When you are tired out from the day's events, return to two comfortable bedrooms which share a shower room.

Step out into the well-kept gardens which wrap around the cottage offering a calm spot to enjoy the sun and a picnic bench to eat a light lunch off of while the kids play on the lawn.

The surrounding woodland is a delight to wander in on your stroll to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The park also provides tennis, badminton, an adventure playground and a small football pitch.

Meander to the local pub just a five-minute walk from the property which is family-friendly and serves excellent food and drink.

Nearby, Whitsand Bay has a three-mile stretch of golden sand and there are beautiful fishing villages of Cawsand, Looe and Polperro all within short drives.

SALTASH

Plymouth 6 miles; Liskeard 14 miles.

Saltash is dominated by the magnificent Tamar Bridge, Brunel’s masterpiece of engineering taking people from Devon to Cornwall across the Tamar River, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Saltash retains much of its old Cornish charm with narrow streets rising steeply from the banks of the river, and plenty of shops and interesting inns. From the old quayside there are river trips up stream to Calstock, a pretty village with white cottages on a steep hillside. Here, the 120 foot giant 11-arched Calstock Railway Viaduct towers above the River Tamar and carries one of Britain’s most picturesque branch lines down to the coast. Saltash offers some beautiful walks along the Tamar, and is only a five minute drive from Plymouth, with a plenty to occupy visitors including the historic Barbican quayside area with cafes, shops and bistros, the National Marine Aquarium and several theatres. A perfect base for exploring the area along the beautiful River Tamar.
