Great location, the property itself is modern and has everything you need , suggest more comfortable sofas as due to weather had to sit on them for long periods and not as comfortable as I would have expected, and remaining on sofas I would suggest a nice corner sofa and not two very small sofas as sitting apart is not fun,

Hi, many thanks for your comments. Regarding the sofas, we will be addressing this within the next few weeks. Kind regards Martin & Rachel Property Owner

  • "Had a lovely weeks stay here."

Very clean and a very warm house. The only thing that would have made it more comfortable for us would have been comfier sofas. As it went dark around 7pm we spent longer in the house in the evenings whereas maybe in the summer months we would have been out and about until later . They weren't very comfy to sit on for too long. Great secure garden for our dogs and lots of added extras for them like a jar of biscuits. We had a lovely welcome hamper that was very much appreciated too. A very well equipped holiday home and we would definitely stay again .

We're so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your comments. Regarding the sofas, we will be addressing this within the next few weeks. Kind regards Martin & Rachel Property Owner

  • "We really had an absolutely fabulous day at this beautiful property."

It was super super clean. The oldest left us a little food and wine hamper, which was very unexpected and very appreciated by us. The kitchen and the bedrooms are fully kitted out lots of towels lots of nice cleaning shampoo products which was super appreciated. Also lots of lovely soft blankets to put on the sofas for your four legged friend. The only downside I could see about this property as there was no tumble dryer and we did have quite a substantial amount of clothes but we managed to put it on the line and on the closed dryer, but otherwise this was one of the best properties we’ve been in and we would definitely book to come here again.

We’re really pleased that you enjoyed your week at Boathouse Terrace and many thanks for your comments. You’ll be very welcome to stay again. Kind regards, Rachel & Martin Property Owner

  • "The property was perfect for us."

It was a home from home, the facilities were very good. The owners provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The location of the property was perfect as I had my dogs with me and there were excellent walks nearby or within easy driving distance. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Thank you for your comments and we are very pleased that you had an enjoyable holiday. Kind regards Rachel & Martin Property Owner

  • "This is a lovely house and we had a great holiday here with our 2 dogs."

There was absolutely everything we needed in the property. The garden is fully secure which was great for the dogs. The location is good for accessing the coast but you do need a car. The only thing we felt could be improved was the sofas in the lounge, something a bit more comfortable would be nice if you’re sitting to watch TV. However, this wouldn’t put us off returning.

We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and many thanks for your comments. Kind regards Rachel and Martin Property Owner

  • "This place was absolutely spotless, there’s not one thing I could possibly fault about the cleanliness of the place."

It was perfect and will definitely be back, it had everything we needed. Only thing I would say is that the sofas are a tiny bit too small, but then my partner is 6ft, so understandable. The little touches of the bottle of wine and cooking ingredients and condiments available was a lovely touch. It was in a great area, very quiet, clean and tidy and was only a little drive away from some of the beaches. You should be very proud of this house because it’s an amazing place to stay and couldn’t find a single fault. So thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

Many thanks for your comments and we’re so glad that you enjoyed your stay and you’ll be very welcome back. Thank you for your comment regarding the sofa, we thought that the two stackable footrests would be enough, but we’ll definitely look into it. Kind regards Martin & Rachel Property Owner

Immaculately clean. Enclosed garden so ideal for dogs. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Only a short drive or bus ride to many lovely beaches with the bus stop just round the corner. Martin and Rachel are lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. I’d love to stay again!

Thankyou it means so much to us xx And we would love for you to return Property Owner
