  • "Very nicely presented property."

Decorated and equipped to a high standard. Very comfortable and in a excellent position for many of Cornwall's best attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

  • "Property OK but badly let down by poor maintenance."

Not able to fill bath except by using the shower head, tv sky option not set up. Called the owner who eventually cleared the bath problem and set up the sky connection. In addition demonstrated use of the coffee making machine which when we made a coffee leaked water over the worktop so was not usable. In addition locking the front door was extremely difficult as interlocking did not easily complete to allow key to lock. Will not be using this property again.

Sorry you felt you had to leave such a bad review. For potential clients reading this please note. We responded to your call and was with you within 15 minutes. After showing you how to use the bathroom taps we proceed to the kitchen where next to the instructions we showed you how to use the brand new coffee machine, it doesn’t leak unless you haven’t put the water tank on completely, we then proceeded to the lounge showing you how to use the sky remote & explain to you several times that no it doesn’t come with the full sky package. Once again o Property Owner

  • "The property was amazing."

Definitely a home from home (without all the clutter!). It was immaculately presented, with a nice surprise on arrival! It's lovely to have a fully equipped kitchen to be able to use and having a Tesco Express right opposite was perfect (and as others have said, there was no 'added' noise from it being there). Great location for visiting the sights - thank you for all the leaflets etc. for us to look through. All in all I would highly recommend Sea View for anyone interested in visiting the area, it was perfect for our holiday.

Thank you for your lovely feedback & hope to see you back in Cornwall soon. Kind regards Gideon Property Owner

Excellent kitchen facilities.Pleasant small outdoor area with sun shining there for Breakfast. Helpful owner.

  • "We enjoyed our stay at Sea View in St Austell."

The flat was very clean, modern and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We hadn't been expecting the small "dressing room" so that was an added bonus. There is a sea view from the sitting room window. The flat is very conveniently located opposite a Tesco Extra but we did not experience any noise from the road or car park there: the flat's double glazing is efficient. The flat was also within walking distance (for us) from St Austell rail/bus station which made travelling around by public transport easy. We were able to visit the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown, East Pool Mine, Mevagissey and Wheal Martyn Clayworks all by bus, train or walking. We had a good holiday!

Thank you for your lovely feedback & glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope to see you bay in Cornwall soon. Kind regards Gideon Property Owner

  • "The property was perfect."

Everything you could need, from jacuzzi, dishwasher, mini freezer to Lavazza coffee maker. The owner had even added some fresh flowers and a nice welcome note in the entrance that added a personal and friendly touch on my arrival. The steps up to the property led onto a private balcony with seating and great views over St Austell and the sea. Tesco Extra is located literally opposite with bus stops close by that can take you into the town and further afield if you don't have your own transport. Overall I was very pleased with this property and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Dear Davina Thank you for you kind review & I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay & that everything was as you had hoped for. We hope to see you back in Cornwall very soon. Kind regards Gideon. Property Owner

  • "Lovely apartment, very comfortable with relaxing decor."

As an older couple, the bath shower proved a little challenging. It would benefit from a fixed shower head. With regard to cleanliness a few areas needed attention, such as the blinds needed dusting. The lights in the hall weren’t working and most importantly, the fire extinguisher service was well out of date. However, this didn’t detract from the stay. We would certainly stay here again. A lovely relaxing retreat to return to after a day of sightseeing.
