  • "Joe's was a great place to stay."

The location was great, with beaches and amenities on the Lizard, just a short drive away. We loved the Polurrian beach, as it is only accessable by foot, again a short walk from Joe's, meaning it was extremely quiet and great for the dog to go off her lead. Poldhu beach with the beach cafe was brilliant, although as expected during the school holidays, it was very popular. If I were to be very picky, an enclosed area for the dog to go outdoors safely would have been a bonus. But as said, this is me being very picky. Overall a wonderful place to stay

  • "Excellent property and our host, Jim, was very friendly and helpful."

Our one comment is that the directions for Joe's barn on your website were unhelpful, particularly when we got close to it in Laflouder Lane. There was no sign outside the property and we had to ask a local. Jim's directions in the cottage were excellent but by then we knew where it was!
