  • "10 Quay court was a perfect place for us to stay 4 adults) (3 children) (2 dogs) whilst visiting Newquay, its location is perfect just a 5 minute walk to the town and not much more to the stunning beach !"

On arrival we had a lovely welcome pack, 10 Quay court is well equipped and very well thought out it has a lovely home from home feel to it ! Even had board games for us to play and lots of leaflets and information packs for Cornwall and places to visit! It has stunning views from the roof terrace ! Our booking from start to finish was easily a 5 star with the owners being more than helpful when requesting information ! I would highly recommend and we can not wait to return hopefully next year ! Thank you so much !

All rooms very clean, kitchen as everything you need & lovely welcome pack for you. Parking outside for 2 cars which is very handy in Newquay. Would definitely recommend this property

Thanks for your lovely review Barbara and we’re so pleased you enjoyed staying at our home. Parking can often be a challenge this time of the year in Newquay and it helps for us to be in easy walking distance of the Town and lovely beaches, enabling you to leave your cars safely in our grounds. • "Amazing stay in this beautiful house with sea views."

The location of the property is fantastic as it is within a short walk to the centre of Newquay and beaches. The host was excellent, responding promptly to a couple of queries we had. Our group would definitely stay again and I would highly recommend booking this lovely home.

Thank you Linda for your lovely review and equally it was a pleasure to have you and your friends staying at our house and we really appreciate the respect with which you treat the property. It’s also great to have such a great review on the Sykes site, having had five 5* reviews on Booking dot com. Hope to see and your party again soon. Best wishes Kevin & Sharon Property Owner

  • "Very happy with our short winter stay."

What a lovely home from home. The owners had thought of so many little things that would come in handy or little treats that were nice on arrival. Personally we could have done with two keys but it wasn't a problem we just popped the key in the lock box if we were heading out separately. There are a lot of stairs but the property is absolutely worth it. We would highly recommend this property and the level of communication from booking to being home was impeccable. The comfort of the entire house was the cherry on the cake.

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and delighted that you found the whole experience so welcoming. Good point about the keys and we will leave a spare set for guests in future. Many thanks for your lovely comments and we look forward to welcoming you back here one day. Property Owner

The property

10 Quay Court is a stylish, four-bedroom townhouse set in the heart of Newquay, on the Cornish coastline.

Completed to a high standard with contemporary fixtures throughout, several outdoor spaces, including a third-floor sun deck, and enjoying breathtaking sea views, this reverse-level home offers a wonderful base for a family of eight and their furry companion, looking for a break to central Cornwall.

Park up off-road directly outside the property, with a second parking space in the enclosed courtyard.

Going through the main hall you reach two ground-floor bedrooms, a double and a twin room, most suitable for the children of the group, both serviced by a sleek shower room.

Follow the steps up to the first-floor where you will find a further master double bedroom with a handy en-suite cloakroom, and a further double room; all bedrooms benefit from wall-mounted TVs and stylish furnishings, making them a haven for rest.

The first-floor also features a bathroom with an elegant bath and shower over to prepare for your day in style.

Travelling up to the open-plan living space, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated dining area, and a plush sitting area, which opens out onto the balcony, showcasing the distance sea views of the Cornish coastline; during the summer months you can throw open the doors to the balcony area and pull up a chair from the dining table and bask in your superbly located property.

As if that wasn't enough, you can venture up to the third floor and step out onto a roof terrace which gives you the best views possible of Newquay and its picturesque coastline; the perfect spot to sit at the rattan and glass table and watch the sunset with a refreshing drink in hand.

Originally a fishing port, Newquay has become one of the most popular holiday spots for UK tourists and it's easy to see why.

From its long, sandy beaches to fun-filled activities, you'll struggle to find the time to fit everything into your schedule.

Fistral Beach is a well-known beautiful beach for those seeking to get involved with some competitive surfing, or if you're a beginner looking for some lessons, the Blue Wings Surf School is on-hand to guide you, or you may just like to take a scenic walk with your family and loved ones.

Try your hand at some sporting activities at Newquay Golf Club, and the coast which is popular for all water sports, or head on some of the fantastic walks nearby on the South West Coast such as the Bedruthan Steps or take a trip to Holywell Bay.

For some child-friendly activities, you might want to venture towards Pirate's Quest Bay for some pirate-themed events, explore Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium and see how many animals and underwater creatures you can spot.

With Perranporth, Truro, and Padstow in reach, 10 Quay Court is an excellent property to truly experience the best of Cornwall.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £250.
