  • "This property met our needs and was a comfortable stay."

The living area at ground level was big enough for four to relax and cook/eat but I think would be a squeeze for more people. It’s a narrow house on 3 floors. We sat outside on terrace in the sun which was nice but there’s a lot of construction noise from behind at the moment which was noisy and would have been better to know. Nice views from front window at top level. Nice bed linen and quality furnishings which gave it a luxurious feel. Parking for two cars at front and an easy walk to town.

  • "Beautiful property but the leak from the middle bathroom to the lower toilet ruined our stay."

It seems contact details left at the property are out of date, a quick fix was to put the heating in. Calls to Sykes failed to gain a solution. Water dripping onto electrics and a wet floor left the downstairs toilet unusable and as we had a disabled guest were unable to utilise the property as we wanted. Disgraceful service

  • "Had a lovely stay at Ocean Heights so clean, comfortable and everything we needed, the cream tea, bread, milk & fizz left for us was perfect!"

Great position within easy reach of our favourite beach Tolcarne and short walk to the town. I know you have no control over the weather, but it was the best we have ever had, been to Newquay many times in the last 40 years!! Thank you.
